Ce confortable condo 1 chambre + loft, 2 salles de bain est idéal pour les couples ou une grande famille. Le salon a des plafonds voûtés, une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, WiFi et même une cheminée à bois. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et 3 autres au bar. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités pour cuisiner un bon repas pour la famille ou une entreprise supplémentaire.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen avec TV et lavabo privé. À l'étage dans le loft se trouvent deux lits queen supplémentaires avec une télévision et une salle de bain complète partagée. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen. Tous les clients du Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations, y compris la piscine intérieure chauffée, le hammam / sauna, le centre de fitness complet, le yoga, le pilates et le studio de vélo et plus encore. Ce condo est juste sur la ligne de navette avec un accès facile aux ascenseurs et peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes.

Le condo est livré avec 2 places de stationnement extérieur. Les clients recevront deux passes de stationnement. Si plus de stationnement est nécessaire que ce qui est alloué, n'hésitez pas à appeler notre bureau pour des options alternatives. Il y a 15 marches à cette unité, 2 niveaux à l'intérieur, et il est interdit de fumer ou d'animaux de compagnie. Notre calendrier est mis à jour en temps réel. Inaccurate description

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to several issues that persisted throughout our stay, despite attempts to resolve them. A maintenance technician was sent to address some of the concerns, but the problems remained unresolved. The primary issues included: Inaccurate Listing Information – The listing stated that the unit had three queen-sized beds, but one of the beds was actually a full size. Insufficient Heating – The heater upstairs was not adequate compared to downstairs, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Sink Malfunction – The sink stopper was never properly installed. While maintenance did attempt to fix it after hours, the replacement part did not match and the issue was left unresolved. Limited Hot Water – The hot water lasted only a few minutes (five at most), preventing all guests from being able to take showers or even had to finish the shower in cold water. Despite contacting maintenance, the problem persisted throughout our stay. These issues significantly impacted our experience and did not align with the quality and standards advertised in your listing. We made multiple attempts to fix it but nothing was solved

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is extremely outdated, original everything, flooring, kitchen, bathroom etc. The condo had a musty smell upon arrival and was very unappealing. When we arrived there was a bag labeled Mammoth Reservations with a bunch of dead roses in it, completely odd. There were zip lock bags on top of the fridge with old food in them and appeared to be moldy. The screen on the master bedroom window was hanging on by a thread and one of the burners on the stove did not work. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim and the light where the sink was took multiple flips of the on off switch to turn it on. The Wi-Fi router did not work at all and had no signal. I contacted Mammoth Reservations and they basically told me none of those problems were their issue however they would document the problems so we wouldn’t get charged. Mammoth Reservations did send someone out to confirm the Wi-Fi was not working and it was confirmed however no resolution took place in the 6 days we were there. Is notified them on day 1. The pool, laundry and Recreation room were under construction and we were never notified of the inconvenience. My family has been staying at Horizons 4 since the I was a kid in the 90’s, by far the worst condo experience and lack of care by Mammoth Reservations. It was a huge disappointment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager at the location was extremely rude and possibly drunk. He was making racist comments towards us and making unfounded claims that we tried to jump in the pool that was covered. Also, they are trying to charge me for a noise complaint, which apparently occurred during the middle of the day on a Saturday.

Couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing basic tools. Stovetop partially functioned. Fridge would roll out when door pulled. Water heater only good for 2 kid short showers. Bathroom heater downstairs inoperable. Rats nest of wires under TV. Avoid this unit.

It was okay, but could've been better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Handrail to loft has sharp areas that cut my son's hand. Picture of gameroom on website is not accurate. That was a big reason we chose the complex, but it did not have the games as pictured. This was one of the main reasons we stayed there because my grandson loves the gameroom. We thought it would be better than Sunshine Village, but it was not. Pool and jaccuzi opening at 3 is ridiculous. The unit itself was okay, although not equipped with many kitchen things that were needed. Unit is very dated, but was okay. Not enough bbqs and the one gas grill does not work well. Not enough tables and chairs by pool. We were not told there would be roofing and construction going on. It was noisy and made parking difficult. Will not likely stay here again.

Big problem was the TV. It's not a smart TV, nor could we get the dvd player to work. Then we turned off the TV and the next day we couldn't get any of it to work. We had kids so we wanted to keep them entertained, but we couldn't.

Reviewer Comments: The unit may not always be difficult to find, but this year was definitely challenging. Once we found it, the parking (This year] was limited. The path to yhe stairs was very icy and I slipped and hit my head. I called, but 7ntil I spoke to a supervisor working on the snow removal, nothing was done. He made it happen. Thank you to the young man.The shower upstairs needs to be repaired.The kitchen cooking needs updating.

A real mountain stay

We chose this property because the location is walkable to food and on the shuttle route to the mountain. Aside from the beds being uncomfortable and not having instructions on how to use the fireplace, we really enjoyed our little cabin stay!

We enjoyed our stay, the location is great and overall the condo was clean with plenty of room for 5 adults. The condo is dated and some items are in need of repair/replacement...the oven cooked at about 100 degrees above the selected temperature, toilet in downstairs bathroom needs to be resealed (unstable), sink faucets in downstairs bedroom leaked and did not turn off easily, basic utensils and appliances were not stocked in the kitchen such as extra silverware, extra mugs, a colander, wooden spoons, small bowls, a blender, etc. Toaster needs to be replaced. Refrigerator rolls out into the kitchen when doors are opened.

Excellent rental property

Hard to find Unit Number

Perfect weekend spot near mountain

Spent the weekend snowboarding at Mammoth and this spot was perfect for the 6 of us. Right on the shuttle line and some bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Gojira ramen for dinner!
