🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: This is a three-story condo. Interior stairs are required to access all levels.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Chamonix HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, game room, outdoor fire pit, and summer BBQ stations.

• Laundry: A community laundry room is available within the complex.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration C-PAN #15748.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
