HOUSE RULES:

• Must be 21+ to book.

• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.

• Vacation rental use only.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.

• Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.

• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.

• Cleaning: Remove trash and load and run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

• Utilities and Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.

• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.

• Safety and Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.

• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.

• Payments and Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.

• Lost and Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.

• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
