I truly value every guest who stays at my property, and I always strive to provide a wonderful experience. I take pride in being transparent and including as many details as possible in the listing so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Regarding your concerns, there is a walkway that provides easy access from the parking area, and it’s just a few extra steps around the side of the house. When you mentioned the inconvenience, I also offered access through the side fence to make things easier. As for parking, the space directly in front of the garage belongs to the separate studio, which is clearly noted in the listing. Most guests actually appreciate that there are four total parking spaces available for convenience. I understand your husband was hoping for parking directly in front of the home, but unfortunately, that’s just how I originally purchased the property. Even though VRBO confirmed that my listing was accurate, I still chose to issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill because guest satisfaction is very important to me. I’m always here to help and keep improving so future guests can have the best experience possible.
