Wedding Vows

We were in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect. We were very pleased with the space and the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

Not what you think.

Yes, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home however it has a very “unique” layout. As for a gym, an outdated exercise bike and 5 lb dumbbell’s is not a gym, that’s scrap. The flooring in the entire home is installed by a hack. The mold in the washing machine and every shower made me want to puke. There is not a working ice maker and the water tastes disgusting. The outdoor furniture is warped and peaking apart. The host is great at getting angles of this home to show its good side. Hopefully they put some money into this place to make it a better home, although the neighbors blatantly stated they dislike it being a VRBO, as it’s one of the few in the area.

Nice house but creepy

House was as pictured but this was the first rental house I've stayed at with family pics on the wall and in one room this is a 4 bedroom 4 bath this house only had 2 tvs in it that were in the living room and main bedroom.Main had cobwebs and freezer was dirty during our stay some guy came up on a scooter saying he was the pool guy without any equipment to clean pool and we were Abt to get in the pool that changed when he around the pool area he came back during our checkout the host did not advise us anyone would be stopping when sitting out out back the camera light will be red then goes offstopping by and

Great Layout/Outdoor Space

The property listing is accurate and the layout is nice. It gave us the flexibility to have our own corner of the house for a bit of privacy when needed. The outdoor space is really nice and inviting, we enjoyed spending time in this area of the property. The host is very nice and responsive. The only negative is the smell of the running water is hard to get past. My daughter refused to take a shower because of the smell and would only take a bath once the water was shut off. This was difficult to navigate with only one tub that was not in the best repair.

Great house; not as pictured

The property had a great location and was the perfect size with 4 bedrooms/bathrooms but didn't live up to the photos.Upon arrival the gate to the driveway did not open all the way making it difficult to enter. The owner did respond when reported but the only solution was to cut off the power to the gate and leave it open the entire stay.The first night we discovered the top sheet was missing on the bed in one of the bedrooms. This was addressed the next day when the owner sent someone to access the owner's closet for a clean bedsheet which we found had a large stain on it and so replaced a second time.The water in every tap and shower is not drinkable; very cloudy and strong odor to it. The owner did provide a bag of ice in the freezer, but we had to purchase water both to drink and use in the coffee pot. It appears there was some type of filtration system at the kitchen sink but that was not working.The outside furniture to a beautiful pool and patio area is a disaster. The only usable piece was a glider that would seat two. The large table is surrounded by 6 chairs which all have some type of leather seating that is disintegrating: very dangerous for guests. We had to take seats out from the small table set in the converted garage-to-efficiency-apartment room.The air/heat system in that room was questionable as the air conditioning unit only provides cool air and a space heater had to be used on an unusually cold night. Didn't live up to expectations.

More than adequate

The property worked really well for us, we all came in from different directions of the US. EASY pick up from Tampa airport. Plenty of shopping and good food close by.

Pre-cruise stay

This home was beautiful with 4 excellent bedrooms. The pool was awesome. The 8 of us travelled approximately 10 hours and our plan was to eat and spend time together. Overall, there was limited cooking pans and pots. Also, there was no salt and pepper or coffee machine. We bought both and left it there. There was a plastic latte maker that made one cup at a time. Also, it would have been nice to have more than one facecloth per person. We were on our way to a cruise and we didn't need to be bringing and buying more items. There is a sulfur smell on the water that is worse in some showers. The owner was prompt to fix a shower that wasn't working. We had difficulty socializing at the pool as there were only 2 chairs. Everyone in our party was 50 to 80 years old and more comfort was needed. Overall if you are staying and eating out and swimming in pool, this is the place for you.

Great stay

The property was amazing for me and my friends. Gated property, lots of space for each person had their own area. Very clean and you don’t have to bring anything. Pool was amazing and outdoor patio n bar b cue was amazing. And it’s nice each room has a door that leads them to pool

Fantastic 3 Day Weekend

We had 4 couples, celebrating 2 birthdays and all going to a concert at Raymond James. We all loved the house!! Very clean, the owner was responsive when we had a small issue and gave us a quick fix. The pool and outside patio was one of our favorite parts of the home. The house has a metal gate that provided extra security, but to be honest, the house is in a great neighborhood already! We highly recommend staying here!

We actually stayed at the owners other property that was listed on this site due to issues with this

There were no tvs in any of the rooms only the living room. Furniture was very old. Pool was okay except their are 2 wasp nest right next to the pool. Their were ants in the bathroom and black mold above the shower . And not a dinning area just bar stools which were not comfortable. I honestly wouldn’t recommend their is better out there.

Great location and layout

The property was very comfortable for 4 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom and the layout was such that 2 bedrooms were away from any other bedroom creating more privacy. Also the pool was great. The locations is close to the airport and Raymond James Stadium making it great if you are going to a Bucs game.

VRBO Dissappointment at best

They advertised having 1 king and 3 queens. We found that 2 of those queens were actually 2 full size beds. This would not have made a big difference but the 1 queen room had a broken a/c unit. It took the owners 2 1/2 days to get somebody over to fix. 1 of the other full size beds was actually 2 worn out mattresses on top of each other. No box spring at all. This was the only available bed left and made for 2 horrible nights of sleeping. The owners never communicated to us that the water was from a Well. The water had a foul smell of sulfur. Whenever we took showers, it would stink up half the residence. We didn't trust the water to drink and we had to buy our own ice for the weekend. Which we would have had to do anyways because the ice maker never worked. The water pressure was weak, leading to multiple flushes. We were told not to flush "any" toilet paper into the toilet. Instead, we were asked to throw away all toilet paper into the waste baskets. We could not see the mold in multiple areas from the VRBO pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen mainly. We were afraid to have our son take showers in his adjacent bathroom due to the tub chipping away and exposing sharps pieces that would have easily pierced his feet. The owners attempted to hide the damage with a shower mat. While at the residence, maintenance interrupted our stay on Friday at 6pm to ask if he could paint some walls. We asked if he could wait until we leave on Sunday. We didn't want to smell any wet pa

Tampa visit from GA

Overall, the property was very nice and clean. Most of the amenities of home provided. Owner was very accessible and communicative. Minor issues addressed promptly (slow draining bath sink and dripping AC). Only inconvenience was having to wake early to allow access for a home inspector. We understood the need due to scheduling restrictions. Overall, great experience. Would stay again in the future.

Home away from home

We were in town for a family reunion and opted to stay at a VRBO vs a hotel for more space and access to resources for our extended stay. The house was as described - spacious, clean, and in an accessible location to grocery, restaurants, shopping. We felt secure and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic way to beat the heat and enjoyed by my 10yo daughter. Home was well stocked for making small meals for family and there were no issues except we wished we had more time to try out the kitchen on the patio! The owners' response to inquiries were quick and informative. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back.

Family Stay-cay

We were three generations of family, most coming from out of town to spend a few days together. The house had many wonderful qualities, beginning with the fenced property with easy access remote gate. The family room, kitchen, dining area is open and the large sectional and TV are perfect for watching movies/gaming. With four bedrooms/four baths (one is an apartment/kitchenette) and a den, there was ample room for all eight of us to sleep comfortably. The part we most enjoyed was the outdoor kitchen and caged pool. The string lights made night time grilling and swimming so much fun! Great place to relax and easy access to restaurants, shopping and Busch Gardens.

The house was better than described! We highly recommend! It was only an over night stay so we didn’t get to use all of the amenities but the listing does this home no justice.
