Experience Tampa's heart at our premium residence, optimally positioned for every traveler's dream. Just 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium, 15 minutes from iconic attractions like Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, the Convention Center, and Armature Works. The white sands of Clearwater Beach are a 35-minute drive, and St. Pete Beach is 40 minutes away. Be advised the property has dwelling water that is safe but may smell like sulfur at times.

More than adequate

The property worked really well for us, we all came in from different directions of the US. EASY pick up from Tampa airport. Plenty of shopping and good food close by.

First time visiting Tampa and we had an amazing time in this gorgeous home. Very spacious and quiet neighborhood! We would absolutely consider staying here again!

The property was amazing for me and my friends. Gated property, lots of space for each person had their own area. Very clean and you don’t have to bring anything. Pool was amazing and outdoor patio n bar b cue was amazing. And it’s nice each room has a door that leads them to pool

Great location and layout

The property was very comfortable for 4 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom and the layout was such that 2 bedrooms were away from any other bedroom creating more privacy. Also the pool was great. The locations is close to the airport and Raymond James Stadium making it great if you are going to a Bucs game.

The house was better than described! We highly recommend! It was only an over night stay so we didn’t get to use all of the amenities but the listing does this home no justice.

Fantastic 3 Day Weekend

We had 4 couples, celebrating 2 birthdays and all going to a concert at Raymond James. We all loved the house!! Very clean, the owner was responsive when we had a small issue and gave us a quick fix. The pool and outside patio was one of our favorite parts of the home. The house has a metal gate that provided extra security, but to be honest, the house is in a great neighborhood already! We highly recommend staying here!

Great Layout/Outdoor Space

The property listing is accurate and the layout is nice. It gave us the flexibility to have our own corner of the house for a bit of privacy when needed. The outdoor space is really nice and inviting, we enjoyed spending time in this area of the property. The host is very nice and responsive. The only negative is the smell of the running water is hard to get past. My daughter refused to take a shower because of the smell and would only take a bath once the water was shut off. This was difficult to navigate with only one tub that was not in the best repair.

Nice house but creepy

House was as pictured but this was the first rental house I've stayed at with family pics on the wall and in one room this is a 4 bedroom 4 bath this house only had 2 tvs in it that were in the living room and main bedroom.Main had cobwebs and freezer was dirty during our stay some guy came up on a scooter saying he was the pool guy without any equipment to clean pool and we were Abt to get in the pool that changed when he around the pool area he came back during our checkout the host did not advise us anyone would be stopping when sitting out out back the camera light will be red then goes offstopping by and

Tampa visit from GA

Overall, the property was very nice and clean. Most of the amenities of home provided. Owner was very accessible and communicative. Minor issues addressed promptly (slow draining bath sink and dripping AC). Only inconvenience was having to wake early to allow access for a home inspector. We understood the need due to scheduling restrictions. Overall, great experience. Would stay again in the future.

Great Home Great Location

We had eight in our party. Family flying in for the Kenny Chesney concert at the Raymond James stadium! It was perfect ! 12 mins to the stadium and 15 minutes to the Tampa international airport. The home was clean and spacious. Pool was so relaxing. We spent most of our time in the outside area pool. Host was fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely use them again!!

Family Stay-cay

We were three generations of family, most coming from out of town to spend a few days together. The house had many wonderful qualities, beginning with the fenced property with easy access remote gate. The family room, kitchen, dining area is open and the large sectional and TV are perfect for watching movies/gaming. With four bedrooms/four baths (one is an apartment/kitchenette) and a den, there was ample room for all eight of us to sleep comfortably. The part we most enjoyed was the outdoor kitchen and caged pool. The string lights made night time grilling and swimming so much fun! Great place to relax and easy access to restaurants, shopping and Busch Gardens.

Home away from home

We were in town for a family reunion and opted to stay at a VRBO vs a hotel for more space and access to resources for our extended stay. The house was as described - spacious, clean, and in an accessible location to grocery, restaurants, shopping. We felt secure and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic way to beat the heat and enjoyed by my 10yo daughter. Home was well stocked for making small meals for family and there were no issues except we wished we had more time to try out the kitchen on the patio! The owners' response to inquiries were quick and informative. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back.

Not what you think.

Yes, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home however it has a very “unique” layout. As for a gym, an outdated exercise bike and 5 lb dumbbell’s is not a gym, that’s scrap. The flooring in the entire home is installed by a hack. The mold in the washing machine and every shower made me want to puke. There is not a working ice maker and the water tastes disgusting. The outdoor furniture is warped and peaking apart. The host is great at getting angles of this home to show its good side. Hopefully they put some money into this place to make it a better home, although the neighbors blatantly stated they dislike it being a VRBO, as it’s one of the few in the area.
