About this space
Come get away at our cozy condo, perfect for a quiet beach weekend. Our 2 bed 2 bath condo is located right off of 27th avenue, a popular beach entrance. We are 2.5 miles from famous Flagler Ave where there are amazing restaurants and shops. Our condo is a 10 min walk to the beach or a fishing spot and dock for small vessels. Sea you at the beach!
THIS condo is NOT infant or toddler friendly. guests must be between the ages of 6-18 & accompanied by an adult 21+ at all times.
The space
Full kitchen with all the necessities for meals! Complete living room and dining room. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. 1 King bed with bathroom. Master space. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 queen pullout couch. Cozy patio.
Guest access
Entire condo. Hallway entrance. Please be quiet in hallway to respect other tenants.
Other things to note
Quiet time after 10pm. Absolutely no pool use after dark. THIS condo is NOT infant or toddler friendly. guests must be between the ages of 6-18 & accompanied by an adult 21+ at all times. No parties or unruly guests on premises. We are a NoiseAware host and guests can be penalized as outlined in Air B and B policy. Guest bookings 21+ only. No pets or emotional support animals. Trained service animals are welcome, but please message us ahead of your stay so we can make accommodations.

Condo was very nice and definitely fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Clean, organized, very quiet area and a block from beach. I would have given it a five star rating but the king bed was uncomfortable for us.

Very nice condo and host

This property was very nice and in a great location for our needs. The host answered any questions quickly and in a very friendly manner. Condo was well appointed and provided everything necessary. Stayed here for a wedding at the Grand 721 venue. Very convenient location and host was nice enough to let us get in a little early to make our scheduling easier.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We had a fabulous stay at the condo. It was a perfect set up for the four of us with two full baths. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed being set back in a quieter area. We rented bikes for the week, which gave the two teenagers a way to easily get down to Flagler. Loved the community feel. Worth noting is the pool is not currently heated so it was a bit chilly but refreshing. Highly recommend staying at this condo.
