Adorable, cozy, space with all one needs to enjoy the beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants and above all relax. Condo was in a great location, quiet and immaculately clean. Pool area was well appointed and perfect. Would love to come back and spend more time there.

Mariner's Cove getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Dream condo! It was as advertised, & very nicely appointed! Checking in went smoothly, & communication with the owner was good! Other residents in the complex were very friendly & helpful, too! We would love to come back again...soon! 😀

Extremely clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, quiet. Everything we wanted or needed was right there. Only downside was weather was chilly, no pool time but got in some beach time!

Cute little studio/condo right across the street from the beach. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Owners are nice. Next to 7-11, a kids park/playground, and down the street from plenty of dining options

We are Matt and Paige, a Texas girl and northern guy who have escaped to beautiful New Smyrna Beach, where we live full time. We love living the beach life and spend a lot of time out on the water as part of a local boat club. When we are not at the beach, Matt works as a Full time Realtor in the local area and Paige is a Project Manager for a national company. This is our first rental and we love sharing our beach town with other people. We meet so many people from all walks of life. If you have any questions or need suggestions of what to do on your stay just ask. We hope you enjoy your stay!
