À propos de cet hébergement

Située dans un quartier calme et central, à 7 minutes de la plage, notre maison est l’endroit idéal pour vous détendre et vous divertir entre vos excursions à la plage et d’autres attractions locales.

Entièrement rénovée en mai 2018, notre maison de 2 chambres à coucher est propre et joliment décorée pour vous faire penser à la mer dès que vous franchissez la porte. Notre maison est parfaite pour tous les voyageurs, mais surtout pour les familles avec enfants, avec des jouets de plage, un sac à dos + jeu et une chaise haute incluse!

Nous avons fait de notre mieux pour penser à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec assiettes, tasses, couverts, casseroles et poêles, etc. Machine Keurig avec café et thé K-cups fournis.

Les téléviseurs ont Roku avec Netflix gratuit. Des chaînes câblées sont également disponibles gratuitement sur Youtube TV sur le Roku. Il y a une télévision dans le salon ainsi que dans la chambre principale. Les lits superposés dans la chambre d'amis peuvent accueillir 3 personnes, car la couchette du bas est une taille normale et la partie supérieure est un jumeau.

Entièrement clôturé dans la cour pour vous offrir intimité et tranquillité d'esprit pendant que les enfants jouent. Il y a un foyer dans la cour et des jeux de jardin (lancer de sacs d'haricot et cornhole) sont disponibles dans le garage que vous êtes invités à utiliser. Il y a aussi un boogie board et une glacière de plage dans le garage.

Les clients auront accès à l'ensemble de l'espace - les deux chambres, les deux salles de bain complètes, le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, le garage et les cours avant et arrière. Un matelas pneumatique peut être placé dans le salon si vous avez un plus grand groupe et avez besoin de plus d'espace de couchage.

Nous vivons dans la région et ne sommes qu’à 5 minutes environ si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Kendall est une mère au foyer et sera disponible si vous avez besoin de la contacter. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez à l'aise avec votre séjour et le plus accueilli possible.

Easter weekend getaway

This house and property is EXTREMELY well kept. The owners went above and beyond with friendliness and courtesies. Everything listed is just as it is. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning of our stay to the end. Will absolutely be staying here for all future trips.

Very clean and comfortable

My family stayed here for a family wedding. When we travel i always have to wear slippers around the house because i dont feel comfortable enough to be barefoot. This was the first house where i didnt have to worry about that. The house was very clean and well kept. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Dan (the host) was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list for future stays!!

Excellent Stay Close to Daytona Beach!!!!

The home that we had the opportunity to stay in this year for vacation to Daytona Beach was amazing to say the least! The home was soo clean, had everything that you could imagine you would need available and the owners even had homemade cookies waiting for us! The best homemade cookies by the way! The communication was excellent and they were so quick to reply! They had a book that had all the information you needed in it with great places to eat, fun things to do, and even beach locations that were not as crowded and offered free parking! There were 6 of us .. my husband and 4 teenagers and they all loved it and was super comfortable! This was the absolute best place that we have stayed in and can not wait to book it again for next year!

This place had everything!

From the moment we booked this property communication was excellent! Dan was very flexible with our arrival since we are airline staff and fly stand by. The property was easy to get to and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and an immaculate home. Having the owners across the street was of comfort since it assured us if there were any questions, they could address them. Everything went off without a hitch and the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and friendly. We went to the beach one day and they had everything we needed for our day out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for making meals. The internet was fast and reliable. Nice big backyard to relax and have a cool beverage in the evening. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful, very well kept home! Easy 6 minute drive to the beach. Very helpful and generous hosts!

We went as a family of 5 with older kids (ages 22, 19& 14) and the house worked perfect! There was a delicious plate of HOMEMADE cookies waiting for us on arrival (kids ate them up quick!) A binder full of super helpful hints & ideas for dining, beaches and beach access, entertainment, etc. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Extras like linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen staples, beach items & toys and even aloe (which came in VERY handy) were provided as well. Hosts response was super quick. Cost was very affordable especially with location and the extras provided. Our first big trip south and first time to Florida and if we come again we know exactly where to stay! Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect home, extra extra clean

We have stayed at several VRBO homes and this was by far our best experience. When we walked in the lights were on, a plate of fresh baked cookies, and a awesome hand written welcome card. We can not say enough about how clean this home was. Everything we needed was in this house. Dan and his wife Do Not cut corners. Good quality products. Paper towels are thick, good dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent supplied. House had everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and peaceful. The outside was as neat as inside. Great location close to everything. Thanks so much Dan and Deniece!!

Best Home away from home you will find!

This house was perfect for me, my boyfriend and my 4 kids. It was very clean and beautiful. They had everything that you would need available at the house. If I needed anything Dan responded right away. Cookies, coffee and water were definitely appreciated after a long morning of flying from Indiana to Daytona. Everything was close by and the binder of their favorite things in Daytona was very helpful. If we go back to Daytona Beach, we will definitely book with them. It was our first family vacation, I couldn't have picked a better place. Thanks again Dan & Deniece !

Perfect place for a family

This place was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We could have left everything at home and we will next time we visit. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Dan was sooo nice and attentive. He was just a text away if we had any problems which we didn't. Just an all around wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back. For my kiddoes the bunk beds, toys in the closet and the backyard were what won them over. Location is super close to everything and owners even have a nifty little book that tells you some of their favorite local spots. BOOK NOW you will not be disappointed! Thank you Proctor Family for taking such great care of us.

Amazing experience!

If you’re planning a trip to Daytona, and need a place to stay- look no further than this property. House is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, and is close to everything! Communication with the owner was extremely easy, and he replied immediately. You could not ask for quicker, responses from the owner. The house was spotless! The owners took the time to bake cookies for my friends and I that were waiting for us at check in. They took the time to set up an extra bed. The attention to detail was impressive! It was a great place to spend a few days. The entire experience was fantastic! I’d give 6 stars if Homeaway allowed it!

Perfect little beach house

Best Family Vacation Ever!

The house was nicely decorated, clean and well prepared for our visit. It was effortless to get settled and we throughly enjoyed the fresh baked cookies. There were 8 of us and the house had everything it advertised and the the hosts were very accommodating. Our kids enjoyed the fenced in backyard. This was our first experience with VRBO and I would highly recommend this property to all our friends.

Great stay, everything we needed for a comfortable stay during bike week. Cookies that were waiting for us were a wonderful treat. Communication was great, if we needed anything I have no doubts it would of been accommodated. Very nice neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this as an option for future stays.

Clean and fresh

This place is just what we needed after running around in New York. The home is clean and refreshing. The beach is only a 10 min drive from where we are staying. We loved every aspect of it!

We have actually lived in the same neighborhood as the Airbnb house for almost 30 years. It is a quiet, family neighborhood. The house is 7 minutes from the beach and ocean and we are addicted to the beach sand and salt water!
