This Vacay Lettings is situated in Dubai Creek Harbour and is fully furnished. It is located on the circular boulevard that surrounds the 17 Icon Bay building, offering easy access to the roads. The residents of 17 Icon Bay can reach Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport within 10-15 minutes. This beautiful two-bedroom residence is thoughtfully designed, fully furnished, and equipped with all the essentials needed.
This two-bedroom Vacay apartment is in 9 th floor with an area of 1100 SQ ft has been designed with your comfort in mind. The space features stylish furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, and our high-quality mattresses, luxury linens, and towels ensure that you'll always feel at home. Whether you want to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Dubai or stay in and relax, you can enjoy the 65-inch smart TV for entertainment. Upon entering the unit, you'll find a spacious open kitchen layout that leads to the living room, furnished with luxurious sofas. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second room includes twin beds that can be converted into a larger bed when put together. Additionally, the unit boasts a large balcony with stunning views of the city skyline and Ras Al Khor Creek. Additionally, the apartment includes convenient in-apartment laundry facilities
This building boasts an array of luxurious amenities, including a large pool like an infinity pool and a garden area. The addition of a kids' play area and multipurpose room make this building even more appealing. Moreover, this unit offers an incredible outdoor sports activity yard, complete with a rubberized running track and climbing features for children. 1. All staying guests need to provide a passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check-in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home terms & conditions with the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 2000 AED or equal currency to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in
cash or by credit card authorization. Conduct that is not in accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbours, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behaviour
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guests should take care of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
