The only bad thing was we had to pay 120 to park on top of the property fees. I thought atleast ONE parking place would have come with the property but we had to buy two once we arrived.

The location was fabulous. The pool area was very nice. Disappointed the pools were not heated as the water was quite cold. The condo was very spacious. The deck was large but the outside furniture cushions were in need of replacement. Overall my family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property, exactly as described/shown. Excellent location, quick & easy beach access. Resort has amazing amenities. This condo fits a lot of people & is bigger than what we imagined. Everything is close & I 12/10 recommend you book!

Plenty of space for the family.

This condo had plenty of room for our family, which was exactly what we wanted. We were disappointed with the only 2 parking passes for a 4 bedroom rental and extra bunk beds. The parking situation made it very inconvenient with our family members that had children with car seats.

The location was great. The beach was beautiful and the pool/lazy river were wonderful. In general, our condo was nice and offered plenty of space for 8 adults and 5 children. Unfortunately, we found the staff to be less than friendly. Almost everyone we encountered was cold in response to questions and rude. Allowing only 2 parking passes per condo made our stay (we had 4 families in a 4 bedroom condo) made going anywhere off site very inconvenient. The lock on our condo door would not lock unless the door was slammed shut. And, the bed in one of the rooms was supported by wooden slats that were not secured and fell from under the bed when it was sat on. The kitchen offered plenty of dishes but the knives available made cutting anything difficult. And, lastly, it would have been great if the “starter kits” offered a small container of laundry detergent since there was a washer and dryer available.

Everything you could want!

This unit was perfect for our large varied group. We had two 5 year olds, two sets of older kids with friends each and even brought Grrandpa. There was so much room for everyone to be together and have their owns spaces as desired throughout our stay. The view was unique in that we could see the beach from our balcony, as well as look out over beautiful vegetation and inlets. Elevators were fast & buggies on every floor for loading. The pools were huge and wonderful when we needed to keep the kids out of the sun for a bit and mom & dad wanted to relax in the hot tub. The direct beach access was an easy quick walk from pool level, where we splashed in the day and spotted crabs at night. It was everything! Each room had its own restroom & showers & was ready to go for us. Loved it!

Great space for a big family. We were doubbled red flagged, most of our trip so the pool area was very busy. Had a very bad storm that broke a glass out of a table on our balcony.The screen was torn when we arrived and got much worse after the storm. I was disappointed that our condo was not beach side...the description said gulf views and you can barely see the beach. Spent alot of money for this family vacation wish we would if been beach side. 2 parking passes per unit that sleeps 18 is not enough. Very inconvenient for our extra family's cars. It's been pretty to be part a long way from our building
