Welcome to the Maroon Bells Lodge! Nestled on a hill with mountain views is a newly-built 3-brm -& -3-bath hideaway, tucked among trees in a verdant forest. Located just 10 minutes from everything that downtown Asheville has to offer, including top-rated restaurants and breweries, bohemian art district, and a vibrant cultural scene. The entrance to the great Blue Ridge parkway is just 5 miles away offering hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls, camping grounds, and spectacular views.
This is a 1,750 sq m house with almost an acre of yard.
Being up in the mountains, critters are present in the yard. Other animals may be present including birds, squirrels, wild turkeys, snakes and even bears. Please do not engage with wildlife. Please don't leave food and trash outside. Always lock your vehicles and doors.
PLEASE NO PETS ALLOWED.
Guests can use all areas of the house and yard except the office on the first floor marked "NO ACCESS" because it is currently being used as supply room.
All guest rooms are on the second floor
Please find the Welcome Book where all instructions are found including how to be comfortable with the house, what to do around the area, suggested restaurants to go, wifi instructions, and the house rules. There is also information on emergency contact numbers like hospital, urgent care, fire department.
Most importantly, our contact information is on the framed instructions found on top of the entrance console.
This is your home away from home. We have all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with baking wares and a coffee station,; it even has a dining set for the little one. Just by the deck is an outside grill, and charcoal is available from a nearby gas station or general store. A wrought-iron dining set with umbrella is on the ground with a bench nearby next to a bird bath and feeder.
All guest rooms are upstairs. Each guest room has a smart 50-inch TV and a wall charger/surge protector with extra USB charging ports. On the landing is a deterrent safety gate that can be latched before going to bed. There is a programmed light source so all walking areas are well-lit at night. Signs all over the house have instructions for everyone's safety.
Appliances can break at any time, just like any other part of the home. Refunds are not available if an appliance breaks, including refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, blenders, washers/dryers, etc. Our maintenance specialist will fix or replace the item as soon as possible, but please do not ask for a refund. The maintenance team is committed to resolving appliance issues as quickly as possible.The only priority will be given to emergencies if a maintenance issue arises over the weekend or during a holiday. All other maintenance issues will be resolved Monday or the next business day if possible.

2. No smoking allowed
3. No pets allowed
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12 - crib/playpen available.
5. Maximum of 5 visitors allowed for renters during the day.
6. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please turn off the thermostat when you go out.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You may have to pay for damages.
9. Please do not rearrange furnitures.
10. No illegal substances allowed on the promises.
