• Parking and Livestock Nearby: Please be aware this property has a shared driveway. And there are horses and cattle approximately 300 feet from the property.
• Pond and Firewood not Included: The pond visible from Cold Creek Cottage is not included in the property rental. No swimming, fishing, boating, or wading in the pond. Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Noise Ordinance: Cold Creek Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• This home is nestled in a beautiful area that is also home to North Carolina natural wildlife. North Carolina Bears are commonly passing through and around the neighborhood during the Spring-Fall months.
