Summer Specials 3 Bd. House w/hot tub and arcade games

We are ready to host again! Hurrcane Helene may have changed our landscape but the one thing that hasn't changed is our hospitality. Read further to see how this property has something for everyone to enjoy!

Cozy 3 bedroom house with open living space, large living room, fully stocked kitchen, game room for entertainment, 4 person hot tub, & outdoor entertaining space!

Sleeping arrangements:
-bedroom 1: King bed
-bedroom 2: queen bed
-bedroom 3: queen bed

Full size washer & dryer are available in the laundry room for guests to use.

Large front porch for sitting & entertaining. Plenty of open space in the yard for kids & your furry friend to run and play! The porch also has a gate on the sides so it is easy to contain furry friends or small children. The house sits on 1.37 acres. Dogs are welcome. $20 per dog per night.

Sit in the hot tub under the pergola and enjoy the wildlife (deer and turkeys may be in acreage behind house sometimes-that is not our land but you can see wildlife that comes through) but you are also 2 minutes from Food Lion and central to Asheville or Hendersonville. Use the grill and provided utensils to make a family meal.

Family fun awaits. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit and playing games outside making memories. We have corn hole, croquet, basketball and unique photo ops with butterfly yard art too. There is also lots of seating for everyone outside to enjoy nature. Enjoy the birds and watch them eat from several birdfeeders across the property. We have made sure that this will continue to be your family fun destination once you visit!

Perfect location. Close to Asheville and Chimney rock. Quiet and beautiful area. Two small deer in the backyard everyday. Comfortable beds, great family vacation house! Would stay here again if visiting the area.

We had an amazing time! We loved the front porch! We were able to sit and relax and it had locked gates so we could let our dog walk around on the porch as well.

Amazing property

Very clean and neat property. Property manager was very responsive and available whenever needed. I would definitely stay here again. Close enough to Asheville but also private and out far enough that you don't feel your in the city.

Perfect Getaway

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to downtown Asheville, blue ridge parkway and nestled in a quiet area with plenty in the house to do. Hot tub was fabulous, arcade games were nostalgic and the house had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend!!

Just as Pictured

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. Even above and beyond! The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The hot tub and game room were an added bonus. I hope to stay there again on my next visit!

Great Asheville Stay

We loved this property and will definitely stay again! It was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is out in the country and private, but just a short drive into Asheville. We appreciated the gates on the front deck so we could sit out with our dog. The bed was super comfortable and the house is bright and airy. And the hot tub was so relaxing!

Dance competition

It was a nice little spot not far from Asheville where my daughter dance competition was. The hot tube was nice and my daughter enjoyed the air hockey table.

We take a Fall trip every year and this place was just perfect for our group consisting of 3 couples. Beds were super comfortable, games were a blast, hot tub was relaxing, and amenities were abundant. Highly recommend! All positive things; no issues or concerns of any kind.

Serenity Grove

I stayed at Serenity Grove for my Bachelorette trip and it was the best place to stay. The place was very clean and me and the girls loved the hot tub and game room. Phillip was extremely nice and made sure I got settled okay. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would totally recommend Serenity Grove to people in the future!

Perfect Hot Tub Getaway

This place was cozy, well furnished, and had very comfortable beds. Probably the most comfy beds we have had in a vacation spot! The house is stocked with towels and other essentials you need, but also offers some items you may have forgotten to pack. Some of the supplies cost a small fee to use, but the process to purchase them is super easy and simple. Overall, I highly recommend this home for your next Ashevillearea trip.

Family fun

Great place to stay with 3 generations. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the hot tub and the front porch. Very clean. We appreciated the small things like some spices in the cabinet to cook with and the coffee for the first morning there! Saw wild life in the backyard and salamanders and chipmunks in the front! Kids loved it!

Wonderful Hideaway

My wife and I and two close friends stayed at this wonderful location for four nights. The place is exactly as described on the website, maybe better. The kitchen had all we needed, the beds were comfy and the bed linens great. We used the hot tub and played the arcade games. The location is very convenient to Asheville (and to our favorite BBQ/Brewery 12 Bones). The host Philip was extremely prompt to respond to any question we sent his way. The best thing I can say, if we are in the Asheville area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Short Trip

My family had a great short stay. The property was perfect for us. Our boys LOVED the game room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We were all very comfortable. The property is quite rural. But we found the drives to the places we went to be easy to navigate with GPS and were scenic in the best way. Communication with the host was extremely easy. We will definitely keep this property on our list for any possible future stays in the area.

Clean family focused retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Grove. The property owners are fabulous with communication. The game room entertained our kids (and husband) for hours. It was in a great location for 30-40 min trips to different hiking spots-Chimney Rock State Park (southeast) and Triple Falls(southwest). We hit up the Biltmore-great for older kids and adults. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock area were surprisingly quaint. The beds were comfy for reenergizing. Sound machines in each rooms were a nice touch and I used one, but it was pretty quiet when we were there. The hot tub was easy to use and very clean. Overall, we loved our stay. Thanks Renee and Philip!

Beautiful property but...

This was a really beautiful property and the hosue was fully stocked with essentials. Our problems were not with the host, but with the neighbor. It was before 8pm and the neighbor was rude, hateful, and aggressive because we were outside LAUGHING. He told us to shut the ***k up and then later he crept through the woods when we were outside in the hot tub at 9:30--before quiet hours. We didnt feel safe and the cameras were pointed in a direction to where wed be visible on camera in our skivvys. We covered the cameras while we were outside so that we weren't being watched. The property owner told us the neighbor "could be sensitive to noise" but we werent even being loud, just trying to enjoy ourselves. If that guy wasn't there our stay would've been great. Heaven forbid someone tried to have a good time and laugh...

Fun place for quiet stay

House was nice and had fun old arcade games as advertised. Also enjoyed hot tub. Host was very responsive with directions and when there was minor sink clog, and we enjoyed our stay!
