I didnât initially choose this neighborhood; I stumbled upon it while working nearby and saw potential in the property. Since then, Iâve invested in its transformation and have come to truly appreciate the charm of Old Town Torrance and everything it has to offer. The location has grown on me, and itâs incredibly convenientâclose to so many great spots
