For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises. Please note HOA will only allow up to 7 guests to use the onsite amenities at a time. Additional guests will need to take turns as they will be denied entry.
Parking:
You may park one vehicle in any unnumbered space on the left side of the building. Each apartment is allotted one vehicle. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop. Both parking areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Getting Around:
The condo is located 80km from Juan SantaMaria International Airport. To get to Jaco or anywhere else you're going from the airport, it's best to get a taxi cab.
While Jaco is easily navigable by foot, taxi cabs are a convenient and widely-used mode of transportation, offering a quick and efficient way to move around town. While there are unregulated cabs in the area, opting for a nationally registered cab - easily identifiable by their red color and yellow triangle door decals - will guarantee that your trip is safe.
We are located within walking distance to an array of amenities, including shops, banks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and of course, the incredible beachfront.

To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

To prevent false alarms, please exercise caution while cooking and be mindful of activities that may produce smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all.
