Location and views were great. The road to the property is steep and narrow but interesting. Pool was great. Can hear the waves crashing. Close to restaurants.
Thank you for a great stay! We really enjoyed the beautiful view and loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see, as well as nearby necessities. The location made things super convenient. The only thing we would have needed more of was towels and washcloths, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunset which felt like a private show. The house is comfortable, peaceful and perfectly situated to enjoy all the surrounding areas. We will be back soon :)
The property itself was great but the service was top notch. When we lost power due to a storm Carlos and his staff went above and beyond to make accommodations and saved the trip. I couldnât ask for anything more with their service. Thank you again
What a great property, gorgeous views, comfy beds, nice and safe. Lots of birds in the morning and at sunset. The pool is great, the kitchen is ample. Would 100% stay here again.
We loved this property and would come back again. We saw a gorgeous toucan by the pool. The neighbors are very nice, also. We highly recommend Casa La Cima!
Absolutely gorgeous property! The views are incredible and we saw exotic birds and iguanas! The property is very secure and the owners will assist you in activities and dining options. Highly recommend!
I have only left 5 star reviews for every house I stay in. This one gets a 1 star due to the staff / check in process and overall eagerness to help. They need local people to check you in and assist but this house does not . they have some lady in Houston Texas or Alabama. Power went out for 8 hours on and off. Thatâs not the problem. Problem is response/ communication . They did nothing . Could not charge my phone . We could not cook.. requested a 1 hour late checkout they denied without even making a request. Donât stay hereâŠ.
Nice home but greater attention to small details needed
Pros: views and nature (of course), pool, spacious layout, modern kitchen, close to Jaco/Playa Hermosa, gated property
Cons: road leading to home can be intimidating if you are not good with steep driving/blind turns, ants around tub, generally worn down kitchen cookware and pool chairs, some bathroom fixtures not properly secured to the wall, be on the lookout for lizard poop
House is great and great location for us. We had a full time driver and everyday went on different adventures. The house is only 14 minutes from Downtown Jaco and 45 minutes to Quepos. Only had one issue - the house lost water for around 6 hours - but it was a city issue not just the house. I'd do it again.
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Beautiful location terrible communication
To be so excited about this beautiful place it was so disappointing and stressful to be left with a missing bed. After verifying 5 separate times before the stay that a crib or pack and play would be available for our baby there was not one. We reached out to the property manager and Vrbo every day of our trip just to be repeatedly told to wait. And one time while talking to vacasa we were told to stop messaging them they were busy. This kept us from ever being able to enjoy the stay as we had to do contact naps instead of being able to relax by the pool while the baby slept. And having to take turns holding him overnight as there was no safe place for a baby to sleep. Not Vrbo and Vacasa (the property manager) were completely unhelpful in resolving this and being in a more remote area we did not have the option to purchase one ourselves (we tried and spent hours of our vacation trying to find one) it completely took away from ever being able to fully relax or appreciate the house
This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Inside and outside. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the inside view or outside in the pool or deck. Rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of are geckos which are common in the country all around. They sometimes slip in the home and may alarm you but are harmless and disappear. Itâs a little challenging to find the property on some gps so we used the wipeout hostel as our guide to the entrance road. Overall great stay!
This place is amazing! Located on the highest lot in the Valle Perdido, it's super private, with gated security so you can really relax. The open spaces and natural light throughout the house make it feel so airy and welcoming. And the views? Unbelievableâ360-degree panoramas of lush greenery and the ocean. Youâre literally surrounded by nature, with iguanas, butterflies, toucans, and moths right in reach. Itâs like living in a wildlife sanctuary.
The house is really comfortable, with a bathtub perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. If you need it, there's AC in every room, but honestly, the breeze is usually enough. We really enjoyed yoga in the front porch. Plus, itâs just a short drive to JacĂł for restaurants, shops, or the beach. Itâs the perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica, but still close enough to the action when you want it. Highly recommend!
