Jake and Nathan were the absolute best. From providing an outstanding house to accommodating an early check-in request, they took care of my family and I extremely well. They were great at communicating and answering any question I had very promptly. I will continue to use them and their property any time I am in Chicago. Thanks again for everything.

Well set up and furnished townhome. Large deck was a treat! Had a few small issues, but the hosts representatives were easily reachable and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Had an excellent stay. Great support from the property manager througout, well equipped unit with comfortable beds and perfect location. Garage parking was easy and big plus.

Amazing place. We had a group of nine and everyone had their own bed. We loved the kitchen and the grill! The outdoor patio was so nice in the mornings and evenings! This place is near some amazing food spots! The parking garage was perfect for our vehicles! The host were extremely helpful and prompt on their communication. The place was immaculately clean and even had a washer and dryer! Easy to uber from Lincoln Hall yo anywhere you need…or take the short walk to the train at Fullerton:This was a great find and I would highly recommend it for and larger groups or families needing more space and beds!

Beautiful space in a fantastic location. The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms are upgraded, and the shared spaces are perfect for hosting. We had friends flying in from all over to join us, and having them here was a dream. Nathan and Jake were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful.

Great place to stay, in a wonderful location! We were walking distance from all the great places and if we needed to we were a 5 min walk from the train! The place was clean and the kids loved the outdoor patio

Great property! Lots of room for a family. Everyone had their own bedroom. Easy uber pick up with the Lincoln Hall right next door. Great places to eat in walking distance (loved take out tacos just a few doors down, down the street Batter & Berries was yum).

Clean apartment! In the heart of Lincoln Park. Very spacious and met our needs (9 adults and 3 kids). Enough room to hang out (outside on the deck as well) very comfortably. And kitchen was well stocked and all needed utensils (even a wine opener!) and pots/pans. Additionally, the property manager was communicative. When we found we did not have enough trash bags, they sent it via Instacart. We enjoyed our stay there!

Amazing stay

My extended family of 7, including three children under 5 yrs old, staying here over 4th of July weekend. Amazing place, close to Lincoln Park, shops, restaurants, Wrigley Field. Clean, with an awesome deck and kitchen space. Would highly recommend!

Great Bachelorette House!

Had a wonderful weekend with 11 girls! The interior was so nice, great decor/furniture..etc. Huge patio, was great for photos. Close to everything and easy to get Ubers. Would highly recommend it!

Perfect for Chicago girls trip!

My girls and I had such a fantastic stay in this perfect little Lincoln park oasis. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms and everything was top notch and very cleanly. I had an issue with the key upon arrival but the owner immediately was available to help me out. I can’t recommend this stay enough! Thank you, we’ll be back!

Amazing Weekend

We had the best time staying here for a bachelorette party! The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated—exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable weekend. The highlight was definitely the patio—it added the perfect touch to our celebration and gave us a great space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend this home for any kind of group getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great home base to tour Chicago

We had a family reunion, 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children (10 to 16). There was plenty of room for all. Back deck was a real bonus. Everything was easy, clean and most enjoyable. A perfect hub for seeing Chicago. Thank. you Nathan and Jake.

Great Property!!

Great property for larger group. Updated fixtures throughout. Quality appliances with well stocked kitchen. Open floor plan on main level that walks out to a very nice private deck. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. The location is perfect as Lincoln Park has so many great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The owners reached out the second day to make sure we had everything we needed or had any questions. Highly recommend this rental. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to our favorite city!

Beautiful spacious home!

This home was everything we needed for a group of 15. It had great availability of bathrooms and bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds. The back deck and living room were fabulous hangout spots and the decor was chic and beautiful. It was also a great location in Lincoln park and was very quiet inside. The cleaning staff was running a little late when we checked in but I called the owner and they were quick to resolve the issue and let us in. I think the description said one of the bunk beds was a full over a twin but it was just a twin over twin. I’d absolutely stay here again or at another of their properties.
