Great stay

Exactly as described, Nick was the man. Gave us parking passes overnight, dinner recommendations, place was clean, plenty of space and beds, walking distance to wrigley.

Great stay with extended family

This place was perfect for all of us. One family of 4 adults had plenty of space and privacy in the lower level with 2 massive bedrooms, a full bathroom and sitting/TV room. The rest of us (5 adults were more than comfortable in 3 bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Main level had a big open floor plan with plenty of kitchen table and bar space and a large sectional in the living room area. Great location too!

Perfect spot for a group headed to Wrigley

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nicks place. Just a couple blocks from Wrigley and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the perfect weekend! The location is amazing. We could walk to many restaurants and shops and Wrigley was less than a 10 min walk away. The house was just as described with plenty of space for our group. Check in and out was easy and flexible which we greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend staying here for your next trip!

St Patrick's Day Weekend in Wrigleyville

Nick was super responsive, especially when we had a few issues! The house was clean and spacious. The best part is that it's walkable to many places! Thanks Nick for a great place for our weekend!

HIGHLY Recommend!

This is such a wonderful property and location in Chicago! The house is super cute and perfect for a large group. Lots of beds and they're all really comfy. I love the common space on the main floor -- our group spent a lot of time here just lounging and talking. Nick was flexible with check in and check out and quick to respond to any question or need we had. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to you and your large group, too!!

Spacious & Clean

Very nice property. Quite large and spacious. 1 car attached garage. Wonderful location. Walking distance to whole foods. This place is a must if you are attending an event at Wrigley. Beds and pilliws are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Constructive feedback would be to add a better cutting board and a dicing knife. Difficult to prepare a decent meal without a few of these types of items. There were a handful a spices in the cupboard which was really nice. Over, we loved the place.

We were in town for a family wedding & this property & its terrific location we’re perfect for us.

The host was very responsive to our inquiries & flexible regarding check in/check out. The large gathering room & kitchen were great for communal mixing. The 3 & 1/2 baths made bathing convenient. We were able to walk to restaurants & our wedding venue in a safe & attractive neighborhood.

Great Reunion Spot

Stayed here for a reunion with college buddies. The property was great, clean, offered great together space in the living/dining area and had enough rooms/beds for everyone to have their own space when they wanted it. The location was also excellent. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is amazing!

We had our bachelorette party here and the house was perfect for our group. We had a large group of girls and the space worked perfect for everyone. Lots of room and a great location. Nick was very attentive and responded quickly if we needed thing. The house came supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even makeup wipes. Comfy beds and a private garage. Overall great time.

Wonderful stay

Nick was extremely easy and fast to communicate with! The house was beautiful, and in a great location in wrigleyville. Nick was the only host who has ever been flexible with check in and check out which our group greatly appreciated. Everything was clean, and there was lots of space! Thank you nick.

Nice rental in great neighborhood

Stayed with the whole family for a weekend wedding. Nick’s communication was excellent. We honestly didn’t have the time to enjoy the space too much because of activities for the wedding. He was accommodating for the late checkout though!

Amazing VRBO Experinece

We had an incredible time at our VRBO. Nick was so easy to get in touch with and was very helpful. The house was perfect for our group - lots of space, comfortable beds, well decorated, great location, etc. We had the best time and would definitely spend another weekend there!!
