Welcome to Aunt Agnes’s place, your ultimate Aggieland retreat! Lovingly renovated, this single-level home is the perfect gathering spot for your group. Aunt Agnes has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The spacious, well-decorated living room invites your group to kick back and relax on the comfortable seating. For meals, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, complete with a coffee and tea station for those early morning tailgates or a quiet start to your day.

When it's time to rest, the home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across three welcoming bedrooms. After a long day, retreat to the private backyard—your go-to spot for fun with a BBQ grill, a cozy fire pit for evening stories, and yard games.

Exactly as described and perfect for our family visit for our daughter's graduation from A&M. Place was lovely, communication ideal. they even left a bouquet and balloon for our graduate! So thoughtful! Absolutely recommend this property!

Wonderfully appointed, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to get to A&M quickly but a peaceful place to return to. Host communicated well and was helpful throughout our stay! Will try to stay here again next time we are in College Station!

Really comfortable and beautiful space that was conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We felt right at home and enjoyed the gathering spaces both indoors and out.

Outstanding communication. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. After being disappointed with the last couple of places we have booked through the app, this one exceeded every expectation!

Awesome place. They had everything at the house you needed. We didn’t have to rush to the grocery store for necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and no problems at all. It was very close to town. It was very roomy and updated. We loved it.

The location was perfect! Close to highway and important locations in College Station. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was great! Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

We had friends coming in town for a week and wanted place for all of us to be able to stay and relax. It was furnished well, the beds were comfortable, and the interior design was great! The host was very responsive to any questions I had.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. It is incredibly spacious, very clean and in quiet neighborhood. The host was so accommodating and incredibly helpful. The backyard patio is so great and great for adults and kids. The house had everything you need and has been updated so beautifully. Also all the linens and everything in the house is great quality. You will love this house!

Clean and Organized Property

Property was clean and updated on the inside. Very good location and easy to access all things College Station! The only issue we had was there was a small amount of watered down soap in both bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Lots of room with convenient location

Quiet location convenient to the 6. Shopping nearby. Two big bedrooms. Nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. We casted our phones to the smart tv to watch our shows. There is no spa or hot tub, as mentioned in the listing.

Perfect for 2 families!

This house was perfect for 2 families! The 2 king bedrooms for the parents and the bunk room for the kids. Our 4 kids said it was their favorite house ever! They had a blast making blanket forts in the bunk room and playing tetherball! The house is well appointed. There was some laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo and body wash. They really thought of everything! We really look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic Find!!

This house was just as perfect in person if not better! Just a few things that I liked was that it was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean throughout, comfortable beds, well furnished and easy to get just about anywhere in the Bryan/College Station area. This house can comfortably accommodate 10 and would be perfect to families to share. Kelly was quick to respond to questions and very eager to make sure our stay was a great one. Although we didn't get time to really enjoy it, the backyard was great too. Would definitely recommend.
