Overall it was a good stay! We werenât sure if the house was cleaned prior to our stay due to there being some dirt and other random things on the floor that shouldnât have been there had it been sweeped/vacuumed. Also, in one of the rooms it looked like the sheets hadnât been changed because there were a couple stray hairs on the sheets. The outside of the house/property had a lot of spider/cobb webs and leaves that could have been brushed off to make it look more tidy. The backyard was also a bit unappealing. The outside furnitureâs cushions were not on the base of the furniture, they were flipped sideways and dirty. The only other thing that I would recommend is that the guest has the code to the thermostat. It was pretty chilly in the house so I had to contact the host in order to make changes to the temperature inside. Luckily she responded quickly but if she hadnât we would have been out of luck and therefore uncomfortable.
Great accommodations for my weekend stay in Green Bay! The home is in a great location and has all the amenities you could need. Good privacy and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!
The property was very clean and had plenty of space. It's really close to everything in Green Bay and close to the interstate with easy access of you want to head up to Door county. The owner was very polite and accommodate.
Stayed with 2 kids, and our 2 parents. When we first got to the property the front porch and lawn were pretty overgrown, making it not really enjoyable to walk through with plants rubbing on your legs. The outside patio furniture exhibited quite a bit of pollen/dust/dirt on them. Walked in an immediately smelt like a sewer. The smell is what I would describe to be like maybe there was mold in the basement and it was so hot it smelt up the whole house? Cannot confirm this since basement door was locked. Now this smell was throughout most of the house, the bedrooms themselves were tamer in smell compared to the living room. Not only this, but the house wasn't even really cleaned from the last folks visit: i.e. crumbs on the counter, sink had orange residue, dishes left in dishwasher (clean or dirty?? Couldn't tell). However bedrooms and bathrooms appeared pretty clean. We wanted the kids to play outside but we didn't want to clean up the mud and dead leaves that were stuck to the rear concreted patio. And the fire pit area was too overgrown attracting mosquitoes like mad so that was not really an option to escape the smell. The bedrooms were fine for the most part and HVAC worked great, it's a shame it had to stink though. Bathroom was pretty accurate to pictures, but most pictures showed a MUCH cleaner house compared to what we saw, smelt and touched. Overall I would rate it 3/5 with a big ding being cleanliness on many levels.
Host was super accommodating with a last-minute request to stay. Home and rooms are surprisingly spacious inside. Location is convenient to many things in a quiet neighborhood amidst towering pine trees. Highlights were enjoying the spa-quality water features after day hikes and an awesome walleye fry at Highland Howie's Pub down the road. My only disappointment was I couldn't get the green egg grill started. Thanks for your hospitality -- hope to be back again soon!
The location was great, we could still get an uber to the stadium and back and didnt break the bank. Plenty of space, very clean, and comfy. The pillows could be better, so i would bring your own if you can.
Great place to stay; especially if you have pups with.
If youâre heading to Green Bay this is an amazing to stay; especially if you are brining your four legged companions. The house is an a great neighborhood and the pups will love the fenced in area. I will definitely be checking back for availability for next season. Go Pack Go!

My daughter is a UWGB student and was undergoing surgery. The place was perfect for her recovery. She had the master bedroom/bath and a small bedroom off that was where I stayed. The place was extremely convenient, quiet and close to campus.
Brand new master bath with separate tub. Doggie door for your pet to enjoy the fully fenced back yard. We are not allowed to accept more than two dogs at our property. You have the main floor to enjoy.
