Charming, stunning, beautiful and private apartment. Located only 5 minutes from down town Ithaca commons with many different restaurants and variety of shopping possibilities. We are only 3 min. form Ithaca College and 9 min. from Cornell University.
Walking distances to Buttermilk falls state park trial.
The property is tucked away by beautiful natural surrounding’s with many trees and beautiful landscape.
The garden level Contemporary retreat has an open bright cozy floor plan, with many window. A sliding glass door lead's you to a private partial covered and open patio to enjoy the outdoors. You access the apartment via private entrance door with keyless entry. Fully stocked and well equipped Kitchen, for your convenience.
There are 2 bed rooms. The Master bed room has a comfortable queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin size bed with a twin size trundle to pull out. Full bathroom with shower. There are also washer and dry located in the apartment for guests to use. Free parking,. For your entertainment we have a Smart TV, Roku, Netflix... and a great Wifi connection.

The location was great, very easy to get to Ithaca College, Buttermilk park (i walked to one entrance) and down to ithaca as well. Very peaceful. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable.

Hidden Treasure Indeed

We had a wonderful stay with Sabine on our recent trip to Ithaca. A lovely, quiet and cozy place a short distance from downtown. We highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Welcoming

Our hostess made special effort to make us feel comfortable. All the kitchen and bath accessories. The beds were comfortable, included extra blankets and an inverter in each room and column fan in each room. I loved the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful view from the living room.

Exquisite Property & Gracious Host

In all of our years of vacationing we have never stayed at a more gorgeous place! We walked in to a vacation oasis that looked like it was right from a magazine. Everything was perfect. Not a thing out of place. It was so welcoming and homey. Our host, Sabine, left delicious snacks for us upon our arrival and provided us with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Sabine was the perfect host. She answered every question before our arrival and was always available throughout our stay. She truly thought of everything we could possibly need to have the best vacation ever. It was a pure joy to wake up everyday to the splendor of this place. Thank you Sabine, for being such an incredibly gracious host and for thinking of everything which helped to make this one of our best trips yet!

Definitely a treasure

This was the perfect place to stay during our visits to Ithaca College and Cornell. The location was woodsy but within a very short drive to both campuses, Ithaca Commons, Collegetown and so many waterfalls. The space was lovely and we enjoyed all the little touches like the fresh flowers, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, snacks and waters, etc. and the deer came to visit twice! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. I would definitely recommend this treasure!

A true delight!

We were so happy when we pulled up into the Hidden Treasures driveway. The apartment was just what we were looking for during our stay in Ithaca. Our daughter goes to IC and it was very convenient to pick her and a few of her friends up to hang out a bit- there was plenty of space indoor and on the patio for a little pizza and a few games. I highly recommend you check this apartment out if looking for an easy and peaceful getaway!

Perfect weekend getaway

The apartment is beautiful inside and out. Exceptionally clean, the space was perfect for the three of us for our freshman college drop-off. The patio was peaceful and quiet. It’s country living, but close to town. Yard visits from deer and a hummingbird. I recommend a stop at Dolce Delight while you are there as the food is A+. Sabine was an excellent host. Great communication, and supplied everything we needed for our stay (including a snack basket). We will definitely be back for future weekend visits.

True Gem!!!

All of our communications with our host were helpful, efficient, and friendly!! The apartment was very well appointed, meticulously clean, and just beautifully decorated. This apartment was a luxurious stay! Our host went above and beyond with these details such a snacks, coffee and waters in the fridge. In addition she was available and attentive.

A restful stay

We stayed here while my daughter participated in the Suzuki institute at Ithaca college. It was absolutely the right decision. Just 5 min up the road it allowed us to take breaks before nighttime recitals. The space was very clean and extremely well stocked…. Had everything you could possibly need. It was also 8-10 min from everything…Grocery shopping, meals in town, beautiful hiking areas! Sabine was so wonderful to us… highly responsive and caring. When a tornado warning hit the area Sabine made sure we were safe. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

A true home away from home

I don’t know where to start. I’ll make it short and sweet by far the best Vrbo rental I’ve ever been in. Everything was a 10 from the grounds to The. I’m not gonna call it an apartment lower floor of the house and the courtyard all the appliances. The paint the bathroom everything was as good as it could get also Sabine who lives upstairs with a husband you would never know they were there other than when she came over to say hello, you could never go wrong renting this place

Reunion

I stayed at this property for my college reunion. It was a very nice property. The host was extremely nice and very responsive. I traveled with small kids and did not realize this property did not have a tub, which was a little challenging with small kids. I also wish the rugs were cleaner since she requested we do not wear shoes. We had a good time there.
