Please note, the only exception is the garage, which is not available for guest use. We provide ample parking on the property's driveway, accommodating your vehicles securely and conveniently.

Other things to note
Check-In/Out: Check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. This schedule helps us ensure that each guest arrives to a perfectly prepared home. (There is a $50 fee for every hour over stayed, after checkout)

House Rules: To maintain the quality of your stay and our home, we have a few important rules:

No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed on the premises.
Guests must be 30 years of age or older to book.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure all our guests and neighbors enjoy a peaceful environment.
Neighborhood: Our home is centrally located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, just a short drive from beautiful beaches, local shops, and top-rated restaurants. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is conveniently nearby.
All guests must be listed, in the reservation.

Parking: There is ample parking available for up to 4 vehicles, making it easy for you and your guests to come and go as you please.

Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, please call the host immediately at the number provided after booking. Safety devices like smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed for your safety and compliance with local regulations.
