Le «Spinnaker Studio 'au Sea Star Lofts

Situé dans le cœur de la charmante Eastsound Village, vous pouvez profiter d'une promenade sur la plage, et aussi aller à pied de toutes les commodités. Le Spinnaker Studio est spacieuse à 500 pieds carrés, et se penche sur la ville historique douce rédigé dans tout le pays comme l'un des petites villes les plus enchanteresses en Amérique. Ce condo est l'un des quatre appartements d'hôtes à la nouvelle station de la rue Main, à chaque fonctionnalité conçue pour agrémenter votre séjour: lit king size, un canapé-lit, cuisine compacte entièrement équipée, TV écran plat avec chaînes satellite, sans fil haut débit, salle de bain spacieuse, laveuse / Accès sèche, et les escaliers de la plage rocheuse magnifique. Architecturalement conçu avec une attention à chaque détail, et tous les nouveaux meubles luxueux de style organique côtière. Profitez de textures naturelles et des produits par des artisans locaux. Dans le village, vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin - marché fermier, librairie, location de kayaks, vélos, épicerie, des aliments naturels, des boutiques, des boutiques de souvenirs, et plus encore. En fait, vous ne devez pas même d'apporter une voiture! Passer les lignes de ferry et de la lumière du pack, prendre une navette ou un taxi pour Eastsound et le reste de votre voyage est facile. Excellent location! Room included everything we needed, fully stocked kitchenette, duo garbage/recycling can, decent shower head and load/unload parking at the door, with plenty of free parking a short block away.The room is located over a very cool art studio, Forest Ceramic. Spoke to the owner, from Bulgaria, ended up buying several pieces, to remember our trip to Orcas Island. The weather app threatened rain, but the sun was out both Saturday & Sunday!

Perfect getaway

Susan was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was spotless. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The location was perfect for early morning walks with our dog and tons of shopping and restaurants. And the bed was so comfortable and had quality linens.

Easy and perfect location

It was perfect for our one night stay. Yes, it was noisy with the windows open in the evening but only until 9:30 pm probably. Bed was nice, kitchen well appointed, nice bathroom.

Hiking adventure

We really enjoyed staying at Spinnaker Studio. We loved the central location, the walkability, use of the laundry, and the open living space. Hiked in Moran SP 4x with the dog. Very relaxing and restful vacation. Lots of fun!

Comfortable, spacious, & centrally located

Open floor plan appeared spacious, and a well equipped kitchen with coffee provided. We enjoyed the faux balcony door that looks out to the street, and the various shops, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect location and so clean!

Perfect Location on the island. Lots of places to walk to and very central to drive to all parts of the island. Very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Love the information given with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We would stay here again !

Fantastic!

Everything about this place is perfect. Conveniently located in the center of Eastsound. Clean and comfortable. There is noise from the neighboring businesses but always quiet at night when it matters. This will be my go to place in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spinnaker. Everything was beyond superb. Super comfortable king size bed, fantastic location, airy and great walking to everything needed. We are very much looking forward to coming back next year!

Fabulous Unit

Bright and cheerful, well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, huge TV, large soaker tub in deluxe bathroom. Enjoyed the bustle and people-watching on Main Street. (As advertised, there is noise from the street.) We were blown away by the amazing parks: Moran and Turtleback.

convenient and cozy

My husband and 10-month baby stayed for a wedding weekend and loved this apartment. It was the perfect size, had all the amenities we could want, including a crib for our baby and carpet space for him to practice crawling. The windows also had decent blinds for blocking out the light to help our baby nap. We loved turning on the fire heater for some added warmth and ambiance. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient walkable location. We hope to return soon!

Pretty slick looking unit but, being on the main street it's pretty noisy until fairly late. Up a long flight of stairs, no grab bars in shower enclosure, and worst of all, parking is a block away with a 10- minute loading zone. If you're elderly, like me, or in any way even slightly disabled, forget about it.

Perfect in every way

My daughter and I spent Mother’s Day weekend on Orcas. Perfect weather, no crowds, friendly locals, Northern Lights, beautiful sights, etc… This wonderful apartment was in the perfect spot for our adventures. Right in the middle of the shopping and dining area. Bustling and fun during the day, yet quiet at night when we slept, even with the windows open. The public beach is in the backyard with stairs right down to it. The hosts supply you with everything you may need including beach towels and flashlights in case of a power blip. The bedding and towels are soft and the king size bed is comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen and washer/dryer in the hall around the corner. Check-in and parking were easy. I highly recommend booking awesome place on Orcas!

Outstanding

The studio is spacious, full of light, has great interior design, and very friendly service. Just perfect! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We wish we will get a unit with a view. The location is in the center of the village on the see shore. Please take the following into consideration: this studio is good for getting away from everything, because the cell phone connection is very weak, and wi-fi was useless as best. Please don't plan to work from the island, only rest and relax.

This was a beautiful room , right in the middle of downtown. Literally in town , you are right in the middle of all the action! It was difficult to find because sign is not very big and sits above a store front. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have coffee shops, dining, drinks, and shopping right out your door. Beautifully designed, has everything you need, very spacious and relaxing. The only con I have is the bed was really hard for me, I woke up with my hip hurting. The guest pull out , squeaked when someone moved throughout the night. Overall a great place to stay and easy Instructions on accessing the unit.

Charming Comfort

This charming loft suite provided the best locale for our stay in Orcas ! It truly is centrally located in the Village of East Sound and provided the best jumping off point for exploring this wonderful island. The accommodations were everything that was advertised and the pictures tell and show everything. It is incredibly cozy; and we felt that since we were going out exploring Orcas Island; we didn't need to opt for the sea-side units. I think if we had stayed for a week, the sea-side units would have been nice, but for just exploring the island for 3 days, it's not necessary. You do hear the sounds of the village during the day, but it is a comforting level of small village busy noise (not the over-whelming blare of city noise). Yes; they do garbage pickup of the next door businesses at 6:30 on Saturday and Monday, but once again it is not a vacation ruining matter. If you are looking for absolute silence; this is not the place. If you are looking for a small town village and some of the bustle that goes with it and being located where you can walk to ALL of the restaurants and shops of East Sound; you won't do any better than this. We were thrilled with our stay. Cleanliness was excellent; and we would stay here again (no questions asked).

Very comfortable and well-connected

This was my first trip ever to Orcas Island, and I was traveling with my parents. All of us really liked Seastar! The lofts are located right in the heart of Eastsound, such a convenience - you can literally walk to every restaurant around :) There's a nice chocolaterie right across too. What's especially remarkable about this place is that it is reasonably priced and doesn't have a minimum stay requirement like most others on the San Juans, which matched well with what I was looking for! Now about the studio itself: The Spinnaker Room is very thoughtfully laid out with everything that you might need for a night or two's stay. We were staying just for the one night, and it was very homely and comfortable. It is perfect for a family of 3 like us, the sofa bed was as warm and cosy as the huge king bed! They've also provided some info, maps and books to peruse on the sights and history of Orcas. A pleasant surprise - a large variety of flavored teas in the well-stocked kitchen (my father loved that!). Last but not the least - the reservation experience was great too - the owners answered all questions promptly, were very welcoming and even provided other tourist information about Orcas. One (very) minor inconvenience was that the parking was around the corner in a lot across the side-lane - but its not a big deal. All in all - a pretty little place. Was glad I chose this: the experience and the stay were great. Will definitely recommend to my friends when they visit Orcas. Thanks a lot guys!

We have been on Orcas Island for many decades (in fact Wally grew up here!), so are long-time locals. We can suggest not only the most popular travel adventures, but will also share little know gems on island backroads.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property for love of the historic Porter Building, located next door. For years this portion was vacant, occupied by a parking lot and dumpsters. We dreamed of beautifying the shoreline, dedicating a beach access to the public and building stairs to the water. At last we've completed our vision, completing the 'Main Street Station.' SeaStar Lofts fulfills our dream of welcoming others to our favorite place in the world. We've tried to supply our guests with all we personally look for in fine travel accommodations.

As we mention above, these are the only accommodations located on the actual shore in Eastsound Village. We provide a full living experience, with kitchens, washer/dryers, and everything you need for either a short visit or extended stay. Every convenience is just steps away, yet you can access the beach right next to the building to enjoy the beautiful views and abundant wildlife.
