Suite Lieutenant - Loft romantique 1 chambre de luxe, accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et Ă  la ville

L'un des logements les plus rĂ©cents au cƓur d'Eastsound, le Lieutenant's Suite dispose de nombreux Ă©quipements. Il est de 787 pieds carrĂ©s et peut accueillir deux personnes dans sa chambre en mezzanine (lit queen size), plus deux autres personnes sur un canapĂ©-lit queen-size dans le salon. Il a une vue sur le Eastsound Waterfront Park avec un accĂšs facile et marcher sur Eastsound.

Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine moderne bien équipée avec tout ce dont un chef a besoin, y compris une cuisiniÚre à gaz et un four électrique. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse. La salle de bain a une baignoire à jets et douche (dans la baignoire).

La suite du lieutenant a également la télévision par satellite avec 250 chaßnes, plus 9 chaßnes HBO. Le nouveau téléviseur haute définition, un lecteur DVD Blu-ray et Roku, mesure 55 pouces et se trouve dans le salon.

Un grand nombre de chaßnes musicales sont disponibles via le récepteur satellite. Une connexion Wi-Fi cryptée et un service téléphonique (3 téléphones et un répondeur) sont fournis dans la suite du lieutenant.

Avec toutes ces commoditĂ©s de tĂ©lĂ©vision, de musique et d'Internet, vous ne voudrez peut-ĂȘtre pas quitter le condo. Mais nous espĂ©rons que vous le ferez car il y a tellement de choses Ă  voir et Ă  faire sur la magnifique Ăźle d'Orcas, le joyau des Ăźles de San Juan. Nous pensons qu'il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit oĂč sĂ©journer pour explorer cette Ăźle enchantĂ©e que dans ce charmant nouveau bĂątiment de location de vacances Indian Island Suites au cƓur d'Eastsound. Lieutenant's Suite was perfect for us. It was sparkling clean, spacious, had a luxurious bed and all of the amenities we needed. Plus, it's a short 5 minute walk to just about anything in Eastsound. Also, there's a lovely park along the water directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and hospitality

We had a fabulous visit. Connie was an angel, accomodating our early arrival so I could conduct a work-related meeting. The location is so convenient and the apartment is very well-equipped for the meals we prepared. I'd love to stay there again on my next visit.

Great property for family weekend

Even better than it looks in photos! Great location, very clean, plenty of space. We rented two of the units for our family and had a very nice time. Easy walk to everything, good parking, well maintained. Heat stayed nice and even throughout property—already looking at another visit!

Nice Eastsound Lodging!

This rental is located right when you enter Eastsound, on main street. Across the street is a park that overlooks a lovely, quaint ocean scene. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee, and local events. Jetted tub was wonderful! Nicely stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

Wowza Kapowza!!

This place was perfect! I came for the Orcas Island Film Festival. The location is right in town and within walking distance of everything. Zero issues with internet - it worked great. The property is very clean and has plenty of towels, a very comfortable bed with fabulous sheets. This is the place to stay for sure!!

Excellent Location for Family of 3!

My 2 active boys and I loved this property! The location is excellent & we walked to all the shops, restaurants, Farmer’s Market, etc in Eastsound. There is a beautiful beach right across the street to build forts, find cool rocks, and run around. Within short driving distance are more beaches to explore, Mt Constitution, and Buck Bay Shellfish Farm. We also ate some of our meals in, and it was easy to cook in the fully stocked kitchen (gas cook top, yay)! Highly recommend this location!

Perfect solo getaway

The comfort was key--from comfy leather couch to the amazing bedding, With the view from the floor to ceiling windows, I didn't want to leave the condo...although I did, because it's right across the street from open space and water, and a couple of blocks from the bookstore. What more could you need for a solo break from it all!

Excellent suite and location

This was a great property - well stocked, easy to use and the location is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The only thing is that the foldout couch is not comfortable for a full-sized adult male over 200 lbs... The bars cut into you. It would be fine for a child!

Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping in Eastsound. Across the street is a lovely park overlooking the harbor. The floorplan is odd. Sleeping loft with the bathroom on the ground floor via a spiral staircase. Kind of dicey for middle of the night visits to the the bathroom. Clearly some sort of commercial building which has been converted to accommodation. Management communication was prompt and friendly.

Even better than listed

We couldn't have been happier with this property. It was even better than the listing implied. The location was great, it was clean and well stocked. Easy to find, communication was thorough. I was expecting it to be tiny but, while small, we had more than enough room. The only input I would have - as minor as it is - I needed a broom. My family is a little messier than average when they eat. We used the vacuum the best we could, but a broom would have been useful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place right in Eastside

Very nice and comfortable place with a view a block away from downtown Eastsound. It is across the street from a public beach park with picnic benches. It was very comfortable for two and would have been fine for 4 people too. It was clean and well equipped. Everything looks quite new. The only problem is some morning noise. Planes landing at the Orcas Island airport fly right overhead and the main street gets busy around 7:30 (after the first ferry arrives at Orcas). If you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in, this could be a problem.

Highly recommend

We desperately needed an escape from work and every day life, so we decided to squeeze in an impromtu visit to Orca Island right before the Memorial Day Weekend. The Lieutenant's Suite is absolutely stunning! The spiral staircase alone would have earned it 5 stars, but the entire property was amazing. The suite was quite spacious - the decor, the modern amenites, that spiral staircase leading up to a romantic loft - all amazing. Trust me the pictures accurately depict how wonderful it truly is. The property is so conviniently located a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the local market. There are park benches facing the Eastsound waterfront across the street where one could have a picnic - and we did! Had we more time, we could have whipped up a gourmet meal in that spacious and well equipped kitchen. The parking was so convinient. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome apartment in Eastsound

We had a fantastic time in the Lieutenant's Suite. First of all, it's located within steps of the water front and steps into downtown Eastsound: several coffee shops, restaurants, a cute bookstore, breweries, the grocery Co-op and larger grocery store, are all walking distance. We enjoyed going for early morning jogs through downtown. We were told that in the warmer months, the water recedes enough that you can walk across the way to the small island. We watched the sunrise and sunset over the sound from the front window, watched many different kinds of birds, and enjoyed petting the doggies visiting the doggie boutique next door. The central location is an easy drive to any side of the island. There are two gas stations right down the street. We especially enjoyed the full kitchen, which was equipped with pots and pans, silverware, plates, etc., nice stove, dishwasher, and fancy new fridge. While there is excellent food on Orcas (our favorite is The Kitchen, a small Thai cafe with house-made root beer and vegan dumplings), the trick is to rent a place with a full kitchen so you are not subject to restaurant hours of operation and so you always have food readily on hand after hiking, etc. The washer and dryer was super convenient and we enjoyed the satellite television. We also loved the propane stove heater! Many thanks to Beth for the travel suggestions and for stopping by to say hello during our visit; thanks as well to Connie, who was so sweet to share her favorite parts of the island with us and to Dave, who came to our aid super quick when we couldn't figure out the heater (it was user error, lol.) Having responsive, friendly management is the icing on the cake. We wanted to focus on taking it easy during this trip and our comfortable rental was the perfect home base. We look forward to our next stay :)

Why get up in the morning and drive to downtown when you can simply wake up IN DOWNTOWN. This beautiful, new condo overlooks the Eastsound Waterfront Park on Main Street, a perfect location for your romantic getaway or family vacation - or both. In less than a minute from your condo, you can be beachcombing.
