La 'Suite Captain' au Sea Star Lofts - Sur les quais!

Admirez cette vue imprenable vers le bas à partir d'un condo neuf perché sur la rive! Suite du capitaine est l'une des quatre personnes appartements dans la station de la rue Main, conçues pour compléter les structures historiques aimés de Eastsound. Ceci est notre unité de prime, une chambre avec un lit queen, un canapé-lit, cuisine compacte entièrement équipée, barbecue, porche à quelques pas de l'eau, et les escaliers à proximité de la plage rocheuse magnifique. 500 pieds carrés à l'architecture fabriqués avec attention à chaque détail, et tous les nouveaux meubles dans un style organique côtière que nous appelons «l'élégance Beachy. Les chambres mettent en valeur les textures naturelles et des produits des artisans locaux. Cette unité est à l'étage principal pour un accès facile, et comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage personnel. Dans Eastsound village, vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin - le marché de l'agriculteur, librairie, location de kayaks, vélos, épicerie, des aliments naturels, des boutiques, des boutiques de souvenirs, et plus encore. En fait, vous ne devez pas même d'apporter une voiture! Passer les lignes de ferry et de la lumière du pack, prendre une navette ou un taxi pour Eastsound, et le reste de votre voyage est facile. Charming Condo With Beautiful View

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Captain’s Suite”! We loved the location and water views, so easy to explore lovely Eastsound and it’s wonderful shops and restaurants. The owners supplied every necessary amenity, the condo was spotless and super comfy! Would highly recommend!

Clean and fully stocked with all you need. Close in town with parking. Beautiful waterfront one bedroom rental. Wish that we had had more time to enjoy it.

We enjoyed how close the property was to everything. We ended up walking most of the weekend. Only negative was that the upstairs was fairly loud so we could hear people walking above us during the night. Besides that no issues.

I booked this place for my parents and I, and they loved it. The views were amazing, and the location could not be beat. Only downside was the sleeping situation. The pull out bed had a very thin mattress that sagged in the middle. The queen bed wasn't much better and was also well worn.

What a wonderful stay in the Captain’s Suite. The location was second to none, the view of the water from the house was phenomenal, and each and every aspect of the house was perfect! We’ll be back!

Perfect retreat

This is a wonderful place to stay in every way. Located near Darvill’s bookstore, Brown Bear Bakery and easy walking to the park, shops, restaurants. The room has a beautiful intimate terrace with a lovely water view. There are steps down to the beach. Great kitchen and bath. Stay here for a lovely trip. Enjoy!

Eastsound get-away

We loved being in the heart of Eastsound. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The patio view was beautiful and we had everything we needed at this property. Perfect little get-away.

We had a lovely week on Orcas Island. Place was great and had everything we needed. Walkable to area restaurants and shops. Loved being able to look out over the water and sit outside. Having lwasher/dryer was very helpful. The only negative was the sleeper sofa mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs

Plenty of room, & the view is amazing!

We had a fantastic weekend in this space. The building is right next to the stairs that take you to the beach when the tide is out. We spent a lot of time in the big Adirondack chairs on the patio. Conveniently, the fencing around the patio was secure enough that our little 8-lb dog could not escape. The bathroom was surprisingly large, & as a person who runs cold often, I appreciated the wall heater, so I didn’t shiver in the shower. The bathtub was deep enough that I ran next door to the botanicals shop & got a bath bombThe one bummer about this space was the ant invasion we had to contend with all weekend. Not out of the ordinary for the PNW, but it made it pretty impossible to roll out my mat to do some movement without ants crawling onto my mat. We found a broom to sweep the ants up, but could not find a dust pan, so I just swept them out the front door as best I could.Other than the constant ants, this place was stellar!

The condo is perfectly located. The bathroom was fantastic. The landlady was responsive.

It was difficult to cook more than lunch or dinner in the compact kitchen, which was not mentioned in previous reviews. Since the restaurants in Eastsound are so fantastic, it didn't really matter.

Charming Little Retreat in the Center of Eastsound

Three of us shared this well-equipped and thoughtfully designed mini-suite right in the heart of town. It was so convenient to be able to stop back in to put away purchases or grab a coat. We even walked to the grocery to get our food. Plus, the view was GORGEOUS. Even though it was a cool November day, we sat out and watched the water lapping against the shore. We even saw an eagle. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was fine and the bathroom was large and luxurious. We highly recommend.

We have been on Orcas Island for many decades (in fact Wally grew up here!), so know the island well. We can suggest not only popular travel adventures, but little know gems on island backroads.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property for love of the historic Porter Building, located next door. For years this portion was vacant, occupied by a parking lot and dumpsters. We dreamed of beautifying the shoreline, dedicating a beach access to the public and building stairs to the water. At last we've completed our vision with the 'Main Street Station.' SeaStar Lofts allows us to welcome travelers to our favorite place in the world.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sipping coffee or a glass of wine on the patio, breathing in that clear island air, and contemplating the view! We also love wandering around the village, hiking in the Turtleback Mountain Reserve, and exploring Moran State Park. We know many of the restauranteurs in town and there are a remarkable number of delicious options for an evening out.
