ID Requirements

All guests 18+ must submit a clear photo of a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking or no later than 24 hours before check-in. A physical ID must be presented upon arrival - photos on phones will not be accepted. No ID = no entry, no refunds.

Registered Guests Only
Maximum of 6 people including visitors per condo. Only guests and visitors registered prior to check-in will be admitted. Unregistered guests will not be allowed into the building at check-in.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior agreement will result in a $150 penalty.

No Smoking
No smoking of any kind (including marijuana) anywhere on the property - inside the apartment or on the rooftop deck. Rooftop cameras are monitored. Any violation will result in fines and loss of rooftop access for the remainder of the stay. No refunds will be issued.

NO MAIL/PACKAGES: Guest mail is not to be addressed to the property without prior permission from the host. The host is not responsible or liable for any mail, packages and/or other deliveries sent to the condo.
