Our beach retreat is the perfect vacation spot, whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun-filled adventure. Ocean Casita features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a high-end sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. SmartTVs are available in both the living room and both bedrooms.

While there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore, the chef-grade kitchen might tempt you to stay in and cook, enjoying the comfort of the living area. All the essentials are provided, and for week-long rentals, a mid-week cleaning can be arranged upon request.

The condo comes with one assigned parking space and is located on the ground level. Additional parking can be found on neighboring streets.

Within minutes of walking, you'll find wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach activities, excellent restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. Day trips to Hearst Castle or Big Sur will take you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and hidden beaches. Nearby attractions like Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Simeon (home to the elephant seals) are perfect for exploring.

The condo is just south of San Luis Obispo (voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and close to numerous vineyards. San Luis Obispo hosts California's largest farmers market every Thursday night year-round, and Avila Beach has a charming one every Friday night during the summer. You'll find great shopping, delicious seafood, and restaurants for every taste. Antique lovers will enjoy exploring Arroyo Grande.

For adventure seekers, kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrilling experience as you paddle through caves and along cliffs. You can also hike Bishop's Peak, go whale watching, or enjoy deep-sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.

If you prefer to relax, grab a beach towel, stroll down to the beach, and unwind with a good book. The options are endless!

Sleeping and Parking Accommodations: Both bedrooms have a queen bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Parking is available for 2 cars: one assigned covered parking space, with additional parking available in the guest parking area or on neighboring streets. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the unit. The unit is not handicap compliant.
