This house is the 2nd home on the property (main home is also STR).  Located at the top of a private driveway with a beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with fridg/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, ice maker, osmosis system, fully automatic espresso maker.  65â QLED TVs in living room and bedrooms.  Patio furniture with covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table.  Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6.  EV/Tesla charger in garage. 
The whole house is yours - kitchen, living room with queen sleeper/sofa, 2 bedrooms (1 CK bed, 1 queen), 2 bathrooms with showers, towel warmers, and bidet toilets; front patio/dining area, enclosed rear yard with hot tub and grass area. Ceiling fans with light fixtures and remotes in bedrooms and living room. Washer and dryer in garage. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, ice chest, and beach wagon. Indoor and outdoor games, ping-pong table. High chair, play-yard/crib, toddler plates/cups/silverware.
You will have exclusive use of the entire property including front and rear yards. Parking for up to 4 cars in front of property and/or in garage. There is a locked housekeeping room and locked cabinets in garage. Laundry facilities and laundry tablets provided. Coffee beans and a variety of teas are provided. Bathrooms equipped with liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, hand and face cloths. Beach towels are provided for hot tub or beach.
We are available by phone or text any time and live about 15 minutes away if you need anything!
3 miles from beaches, including Ocean Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants and bars. Scenic biking and hiking trails within a short drive. Monarch Grove butterfly sanctuary, wineries, kayak tours, bike rentals, surfing, Avila Valley Barn petting zoo, farmers marketsâŠ. Weather is comfortable outside year-round!
Vehicle recommended other than shopping or dining at The Village.
The main house on the property is also an STR and there may be guests staying there at the time of your visit. The houses are completely separate. There is a Ring camera at front entrance, and multiple security cameras on exterior of home with one in the garage.
