Mary, David and their family were the ideal guests. They left our home in perfect condition, clean and tidy. Communication with them was great. We can't wait to see them again on their next visit. They are welcome here at any time. Any host fortunate enough to book them will be very happy with their visit.

Great view of the Milky Way at night from the house (and the hot tub)—the stars were amazing . Dirt road for the last 1/3 mile is challenging but manageable. Felt very private.

The views from this home are amazing. Stargazing at night is a delight from the deck. We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. Dave and Lisa were fantastic with communicating with us before our trip. This home was truly cozy and relaxing, a serene setting. There were many special touches, including the crisp, fresh apples that greeted us when we arrived. Thank you to our lovely hosts!

The house was a great pick for our little retreat. We had three adults and a newborn and it was a perfect size for us all to gather and still have our own space. We didn't get to use the game room, but it would be prefect for families with older kids. The house is on top of the hill with stunning views from both decks. It was a very short drive (less than 5 minutes) to downtown Julian but with the hot tub and games, you don't even need to leave. We'll very likely be back when my kiddo is a bit older and can really enjoy all the amenities. The hosts were great and made sure we had a wonderful stay.
