Quiet 2 BD Apartment in Downtown

This 2/1 apartment has been totally redone and renovated for modern day amenities while keeping some of it's historic charm. This home is over 100 years old, and has a lot of character, but has been updated in all the right ways, as the photos will show you! There is a washer and dryer on the first floor in the bedroom on the first floor. There is also a kitchen, livingroom and bathroom on the first floor, so if you are traveling alone, you can live entirely on the first floor of the home if you don't like stairs. We do allow pets, and the property does have grass areas for dog potty breaks. The area is also a neighborhood and very walkable, so if your four legged furbaby needs to stretch their paws, there's lots of places to walk. We do not have a fenced in area for dogs on the property.

There is a larger bedroom on the 2nd floor that has a king bed with a memory foam mattress and its' own mini split heating/AC unit. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, the bathroom, kitchen and living area. The upstairs has a desk/workspace nook.

The home has a large smart TV in the living room so you can access your favorite shows and movies while staying by logging into your subscription services. We also have all the kitchen essentials you would need such as pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and baking items. Feel free to bring some of your own to make those family dishes. Kitchen includes a 3/4 fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop, oven, and toaster.
The bathroom is a shower only, with no tub, with a vanity for storage and a large mirror. Basic toiletry items such as toilet paper and body soap are available as a starter kit when you start your stay!
