This spacious 2 bedroom Condo is located in the heart of downtown Springfield near all the best local attractions. Our Sleepover unit comes fully furnished with all the best amenities, toiletries and complementary goods to make your accommodation an unforgettable experience

We Created Sleepover to be a safe haven while you`re on the road traveling. We`ve put our love, sweat and tears into making ALL our units amazing accommodations for all of our guests. As a result, we strictly enforce the following rules to maintain the integrity of our spaces:

- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire apartment, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee.

- NOISE: Sleepover guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- OCCUPANCY: Each Sleepover space has a maximum occupancy limit. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties ARE NOT allowed.

- PACKAGE HANDLING: Sleepover does not have a staffed front desk, so we cannot accept any package deliveries. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO ACCEPT MAIL HERE OR GIVE OUT THIS ADDRESS. Sleepover assumes no liability or responsibility for missing packages or mail.

- LOST AND FOUND: Sleepover assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings that are left in the apartment after your departure time has passed.

- PETS: Only certified service animals are allowed. Breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved by Sleepover prior to booking. Pet fees are not included in the total reservation price. If you are authorized to bring a pet, an additional pet fee will be applied after the booking is complete. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit. Only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties.

- RETURN OF FOBS & KEYS: All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the apartment upon checkout. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Please alert Sleepover staff immediately if any items are missing at the beginning of your stay.

- INFESTATION: If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses that Sleepover deems necessary to address the infestation.

- PARKING: All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Sleepover shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.

- DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY: Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). Sleepover reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Sleepover as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation.

- IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.

- USE OF PREMISES: The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the apartment. Guests shall use the apartment for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the apartment.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Non-compliance with the House Rules and Sleepover Rental Rules could result in a penalty and/or forfeiture of the security deposit and/or eviction without a refund.

- CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT:
The check-in time is at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00pm. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00am.
Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host.

Great Place

My husband, toddler, and I loved this place. It is close to anything you will want to do. Also, it is in walking distance to many restaurants. We had a great stay!

This place was gross…terrible area, terrible smell, didn’t have a remote for the TV, no hangers, washer and dryer were ancient and didn’t work well. I would never stay here again.

The location was the best part of our stay. The physical unit appearance does not match the pictures on the listing. One bedroom had only a single nightstand and the bed squeaked terribly. There were no hangers in either closet. The towels smelt like stale cigarettes. We did bring this to the attention of the property manager and the replacement towels were even worse. The listing doesn’t mention it, but there’s no microwave which is odd for a full kitchen. The dishwasher was rancid and there was trash left from the previous tenants.

Thank you for your feedback. We take claims like this seriously, and after reviewing our inspection records, housekeeping logs, and communication history, we must respectfully disagree with several of the statements made. First, the unit layout and furnishings match the listing photos. We do not digitally alter our images, and the bedroom setup, including the number of nightstands, is accurately reflected online. Bed frames and mattresses are routinely inspected, and we have no maintenance reports indicating any structural issue or excessive noise with the bed in this unit. Hangers are stocked in both closets prior to each arrival. If any were missing, we would have gladly delivered additional ones immediately had we been notified during the stay. Regarding the towels, our linens are professionally laundered and inspected before being placed in the unit. We were notified of a concern and promptly provided replacements as requested. There were no prior or subsequent reports of odor from this property, and the home is strictly non smoking. The kitchen is accurately described in the listing amenities. If a microwave is not listed, it is not advertised as being included. We encourage all guests to review the amenities section prior to booking to ensure the home meets their specific needs. As for the dishwasher and trash concerns, the unit was cleaned and inspected before arrival in accordance with our standard turnover procedures. We have no documentation supporting that trash was left behind, and there were no maintenance reports regarding the dishwasher condition during your stay. We stand behind the cleanliness and accuracy of our listing and would never knowingly allow a guest to check into a home that did not meet our standards. If anything had been brought to our attention that required attention beyond what was already addressed, we would have resolved it promptly. We appreciate the acknowledgment of the great location and remain committed to providing a consistent and well maintained experience for every guest.

The unit needs some work

Overall, the unit needs to be cleaned better, needs some paint, is missing things in the kitchen that are typically in a rental, and has an insect problem. On the plus side, it is conveniently located, is spacious, everything was working, and the property management company was responsive. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken and sagged severely to the middle. We contacted the management company and they got it fixed the next day. The bed was comfortable for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, we noticed 6 cockroaches during our stay. Some of them were dead, indicating that the unit had sprayed for bugs, but since we saw new ones throughout the week, they need an exterminator to do a better job at preventing them from entering the unit. Surprisingly, the unit doesn't have a microwave. The listing doesn't say it should have one, but I think a unit with a full kitchen should have one. Hopefully the owners of the unit will make some improvements and make this a nicer place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not agree with the claims made in your review. The unit was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and inspected to ensure it was in proper condition. There were no reports of an insect issue before or after your stay, and regular preventative pest control treatments are performed. The kitchen inventory matches the details provided in the listing, and no microwave is advertised or included as part of the amenities. At check-in, all furnishings, including the bed, were in good working order, and when you reported a concern, it was addressed promptly the next day. The property’s location, size, and amenities are consistent with the listing, and we believe the condition and service provided were accurately represented and met the standards described.
