The villa was impressive , very clean and loads of room on a great resort , if ur a golfer u do get 15% off at champions gate country club which is a bonus, only draw back was 2 separate lot of very noisy neighbours but I guess that’s just luck of the draw and nothing the host can do about it

The house was great! It was comfortable and had everything we needed!! Two issues came up and the after hours response time was super fast and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Everything from the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The property was in a great location, convenient to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and clear instructions made check-in and check-out seamless.You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining the home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the space.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

The property was clean and very convenient and accommodating. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub instead of a spa tub(outside temp water with jets only). We had to go buy our own washcloths.I would recommend this property to others.

The house was large and accommodated our 12 guests. The lazy river and gym were a walking distance from the home, water slides about a 6min drive. Unfortunately there was a huge delay with check in where we were never sent the check in info and had to call, then never got the car check in info and called again, then it was wrong and security wouldn't let us in for over an hour until our names were added to a list by the host. When we got to the home the fridge was not cold, the house was hot, and there was no bbq grill which was stated to be included in the listing. We had purchased groceries to grill that night. We reached out and communicated our issues and a grill was delivered the next day and a maintenance person came and fixed the fridge. When the fridge was pulled out there were multiple live roaches, we then began to see them all over the home. In the bathrooms, back porch, kitchen cabinets etc. They were unable to send out someone until 2 days later who came and did some bug treatment. This property has potential but needs some TLC.

The listing did not live up. TV’s did not work in most rooms and very limited on one tv that worked. The instructions on checkout were different than what was sent from VRBO. The house listed a pool and spa. It was not turned on and it was in the hidden fine print for extra charges. I was willing to play but got told it was too late. Should be more clear on the charges and timing of request instead of hiding it in links. No supplies in house. Bare minimum on everything. One trash bag. One dishwasher detergent, one laundry pod. No soap. I have stayed in this neighborhood many times and by far my worst experience.

We had trouble getting through the gate, even though I had sent in all the required information (including guest names) after receiving the pre-arrival info package. The televisions never worked. We were unable to watch any channels or streaming services. The Wi-Fi information was very misleading. It has extra words for both the name of the Service provider and the password. Confusing, for sure. There were discrepancies between the pre-arrival info package and the information list left in the house. For example, the info package indicates there is no need to strip the beds or put the dirty towels in the washing machine, yet the info sheet left in the house states we should do this before leaving. Otherwise the house was beautiful, modern and well-maintained.

Beautiful villa and perfect for the 8 of us.. small issues like lighting in the upstairs bedrooms was minimal, no main lights in the rooms or if there were, they didn’t work. Overall the house was very clean and organised with everything you could need as far as the kitchen is concerned. Living spaces are amazing. All 3 living rooms are spacious and have plenty of seating. Very minor negative points: Could’ve done with a pool net to hand. Recommendations for host: Maybe a games room in the big space in the garage. This would make the villa much more desirable. Overall very happy with our stay and the above points are as I say very minor. You will not be disappointed.

The house is near a 10. Roomy. EXCELLENT decor. Walking distance to the club house. Plenty dishes. Quality sheets. Extra blankets. Quite AC. They only thing I'd upgrade is the TV's in the bedrooms. They are extremely small for the size of the rooms.Now for constructive criticism. Booking was a nightmare. Too many hands in the kitchen. So when there was a question, who do you call? There is the host, Vrbo, Executive Villas, and the guard gate. ALL with different roles. Not working well together. We flew all the way to Florida and STILL didn't know how to get into the house. After MULTIPLE calls to Vrbo (The original place I booked), I was told to get instructions from Executive Villas. Why didn't Vrbo have that info for me on their site? Anyway, we get to the property with their instructions then the guard wouldn't let us on the property. They said the owner (not Vrbo or Executive Villas) has to call them and add my name. Well, I don't have owner contact. So we sat outside the gate and started making calls AGAIN. After MULTIPLE calls, someone got ahold of them and we were aloud access. THEN when we got to the property, the door code was wrong. But the key lockbox worked.The ENTIRE TRIP, 4 ladies had to juggle with 1 key. Because I was TIRED OF CALLING MULTIPLE COMPANIES to find ANSWERS. Another thing. We shouldn't be asked to put used towels etc. in the washer and start it if there's no laundry soup. The towels are rinsed for the next guest. Not washed. YUCK! Beware.
