Important Notes

This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with strictly enforced quiet hours. We welcome respectful guests, but this is not a party house. If you`re planning a loud gathering or event, this property may not be the right fit.

For guest safety and property security, three exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, side entrance, and garage area. There are no cameras inside the home.
We have 4 exterior security cameras in the front door, garage door, and side backyard areas. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES
- Pet fee $150. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the case of undisclosed pets and/ or additional guests without approval, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- NO smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.
- NO noise after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

Beautiful Home Not Well Maintained

This is a beautiful home with plenty of potential and room for a great family get together. We had several issues with the cleanliness; the listing said there were basic cleaning supplies provided but there was only dish soap. We had to buy trash bags, Lysol, paper towels. The were no dish rags or dish towels for dishes. The kitchen faucet was very loose as was the faucet in upstairs bathroom, upstairs toilet leaked through the ceiling/light fixture to the downstairs bathroom. I sent messages to the host who responded quickly but with no results, I asked for a partial refund and two weeks later still nothing. We had to fix the float in the tiny bathroom downstairs everyone we tried tor flush. I called VRBO and they said their book with confidence guarantee only applied to booking the property but I could leave a review. Spoke to a supervisor and they offered a measly amount of points I insisted on a credit to my card and they would only offer me a little more than the cleaning fee. Took it cause I was tired of dealing with mess

The cleaners were at the house when we went to check in. They said it would be a half hour past check in to get in. It was over an hour before we were able to get in. They said it was due to having multiple cleans that day. That is not my fault. We paid for check in at a certain time. The pool was not clean by any means. The owner dis call the pool guy to come and clean it that day. My wife had already skimmed the pool before they came. They finished the clean. We had clorox wipes and cleaned the light switches off and the countertops. They had dirty smudges on the. That the cleaners did not clean and the counters as well. I took the cold air return grate down from the living room ceiling and washed it. It looked like it was wrapped with a towel due to all the dirt gathered on it. The pool is on a timer and the heating is an extra cost that isnt in the description of the rental. The timer only allows the pool to filter or during a brief period in the day. The owner was very responsive and allowed me to jave a guest stay a couple nights for the wedding we were in town for. He did also allow me to run the heater and filter to accommodate the use of the pool and hot tub. The blower on the hot tub needs fixed so you can use the hot tub properly. The house is nice but for the price it needs some maintenance and updates on some things. When i come back to Texas i would rent here again. Also would bring some tools and fix some things if the owner needed some things done.
