This completely furnished 4-bedrooms residence features two and a half bathrooms, a dining room, a fully functional kitchen and a splendidly large backyard with an insta-worthy patio, furnished with sofas, dining tables, lounge chairs, around the pool and a mini golf area.

Other things to note
This house is surrounded by a lot of trees and has a large backyard , so there will always be some leaves and plant debris on the lawn, backyard, specially the pool is outdoor with no cover, even after we have just cleaned them. Rest assured that the pool is taken care of weekly, by professional pool company with monitored schedule and process.

We are on a sensitive septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin.
