This Elegant 3,000 sq ft. home in a gated community and sleeps 15 plus comfortably with 4 bedrooms (including a Bunk room w/ 8 beds), 2.5 baths, Reading Den, modern Kitchen w/ gas stove, Living Room w/ Floor to ceiling windows and a large deck to enjoy the breathtaking Mountain and Lake Views. Family friendly with a backyard perfect for kids and pets to safely play. Just a short drive to Parks, Boat Ramps, Hiking, Mtn. Biking, and the Charming Restaurants and Shops in Downtown Russellville.
The Main Floor:
Step into a grand living space featuring cathedral ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator complete with an ice maker. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the selection of three coffee machines: a drip coffee maker, an espresso machine, and a French pressâjust bring your favorite blends and savor every sip.
Convenience is key with a half bath available for guests.
A cozy reading den offers a perfect spot to unwind with a book or catch up on work.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat, boasting a king-size bed, a comfortable sitting area, direct access to the deck, a walk-in closet, and a smart TVâall while providing stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a spacious custom shower, a jetted tub, a toilet, and a double basin sink with ample counter space to prepare for the day.
The Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: This inviting space includes a comfortable queen bed, a cozy reading nook, and a dedicated desk area for productivity.
Bedroom 3 - The Bunk Room: Ideal for teens and kids, this expansive room accommodates up to eight guests with two sets of full-size over full-size bunk beds and two sets of twin-size over full-size bunk beds. It features a massive shelf and desk system designed for two, an adorable reading nook, built-in drawers for storage, and a walk-in closet.
Full Bathroom: This bathroom includes a shower and bath combo, a toilet, and generous counter space for multiple guests to get ready
Downstairs (Walk-Out Basement Level)
Bedroom 4 - A beautiful king-size bed awaits you here, along with the added bonus of an extra living room space adjacent to the bedroom.
Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer and a designated ironing space for guest use.
Step outside to find a deck with a fire pit, offering unobstructed views of the lake and mountains.
A three-car garage completes this exquisite property.
Spanning 2,790 sq. ft., this vacation rental is designed for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories.
This is a private neighborhood in a gated community. We do NOT allow Parties nor any other sort gatherings without pre-approval. This is our most serious house rule as we do not want to disturb the neighbors.
5 CARS MAXIMUM, 2 must be parked in garage and 3 in driveway. No more than 3 cars in the driveway at any time. We prefer you park in the garage if you have 3 or less cars. Absolutely No Cars on the Street.
(Violation of either of the above rules will ensure immediate Eviction without a refund.)
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet's are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Service Dogs Must Provide a Picture their Service Dog ID.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
