THE SPACE
Upon setting foot inside Treehouse, you’ll immediately be impressed with the magnificent design, cathedral ceilings, beautifully lit space, and rich furnishings throughout the Great Room. And one can’t help but find their ‘peaceful easy feeling’ when taking a seat on the wraparound couch perched in front of the ceiling-high stone fireplace. No, ‘chilling out’ is not just a 2-word phrase but an action to be taken and wholly enjoyed here.

Time to watch a fave movie or show? We’ve got you covered with a flat-screen TV both in the living room and in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Anyone hungry? The Chef’s Kitchen is fully equipped and ready for making scrumptious meals or snacks. High-end stainless-steel appliances, all sorts of cookware and utensils, Carrera quartz countertops, a professional stovetop set in the center island, and even a Keurig coffeemaker to satisfy those with a hankering for primo joe! And there’s a sweet 6-chair dining table with great woodsy views, around which to gather for morning coffee or more formal meals.

Plus, whenever you like, there’s a furnished 3-season porch on the main floor with plenty of room to relax and unwind. And if you get in the mood – drum roll, please – there’s a superb gas grill out there for barbecuing.

All 3 spacious, luxurious bedrooms are decorated with hand-selected furnishings, accessories, and artwork, and feature high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep and sweet dreams. There’s also wonderful natural lighting, woodland views, and plenty of storage space in each bedroom.

Each of the 3 stylishly appointed bathrooms features deluxe vanities and fixtures, and all the essentials you may need. The primary bathroom also has twin vanity sinks, a tiled walk-in shower with a Rain Shower head, and a powder room. Plus, there’s a nicely equipped laundry room upstairs with a top-quality washer and dryer. Oh yeah!

Mother Nature’s woodland glory surrounds you here, and you and your guests will be able to revel in it to your heart’s content. From the casual comfort of the nicely furnished front porch to the wraparound deck out back to the outside-access screened porch – beautifully furnished with a set of posh, yet super-comfy rattan chairs and a matching table, plus spectacular views of the woods and ravine – you’ll be living large and enjoying ‘the good life’ whenever you step outside! And with the huge fenced front yard, any children you bring along will be delighted, as well.

While guests often say they feel totally content to enjoy their vacation surrounded by the natural beauty, luxury, and privacy Treehouse provides, you may still want to take a relaxing stroll on the majestic, crystalline sand of nearby Townline Beach OR check out some great spots to eat, drink, and be merry in Union Pier – including several fine dining restaurants, a brewery, a wine and spirits tasting room, and quaint antique shops.

However, you’re also super-close to downtown New Buffalo with its many popular restaurants and coffee shops, stylish boutiques, distinguished art galleries, and nightlife spots. Or you can step out and explore the countless activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat, jet-ski, kayak, paddleboard, and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises – and all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore. In addition, Warren Dunes State Park is close by, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, stunning beachfront, hiking and biking trails, and extraordinary birdwatching! Many of our guests also relish visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment, and tennis courts. To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking.
