You’re close to all the lovely attractions of Michigan’s southwest coast in this comfortable vacation home! Your dogs will enjoy the fully fenced back yard while you and your gang get comfortable around the cozy fire pit, a perfect place to unwind any time of year.

Inside, hardwood floors covering most of the main living area keep that homey feeling going. Fire up the gas grill in the back yard or take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen to keep the crew fed. The adjacent dining room with seating for six means you can all enjoy a meal together. After dinner, settle into the living room, which features a flatscreen TV with streaming options.

When it’s time to explore, you’re less than half a mile to downtown Union Pier, and a mile from Town Line Beach. New Buffalo is only four miles away.

Wonderful Rental

This house was great! I have rented several in the area and this one was overall the best for our needs. The beds could be more comfortable. Maybe invest in memory foam mattress toppers?? And mark the basement light switch. Overall a great stay.

Nice family vacation get away

We really enjoyed a few days in Michigan with our family. The house is spacious and charming. The living room has very comfortable seating and the gas fireplace made for cozy evenings. We stayed here in March. The screened porch and fenced in back yard would be very nice in warmer weather. We would very much liked to stay here again.

This home provided good value for the price. Vintage, rustic, in decent condition. Union Pier Rd is a main through street from the highway to town, so cars zoom past at high speed, not a great location for a stroll. Bring your own beach towels and chairs.

In regards to the beach towels and chairs, the home provides them. However, bringing your own would probably be more comfortable depending on your preference. Family time

Comfortable family home. Clean and spacious. Nice quality beds, bedding, towels, cookware and tableware. Excellent attention to details (such as providing new dish sponge, soaps, paper towels, etc.). Lovely landscaping (even in winter) and festive night lighting outside. Fenced yard a plus, too. We would enjoy coming back for a stay in warmer weather to use backyard, screened porch and deck, too.

Union Pier Getaway

This was the perfect house for an impromptu long weekend family getaway for the five of us (adults) and a pup! There was plenty of space to hang out, play games, read, relax, sleep and our dog loved the fenced in yard. The kitchen was well equipped for a couple of family breakfasts. We loved reading in the screened-in porch area and we made s’mores around the fire pit. We explored the New Buffalo area (our first time here). Having beach towels and chairs provided saved a lot of space in our car and were definitely appreciated on our trips to the beach.

It was nice. However your fees are totally absurd Ridiculous SERVICE CHARGE Extremely high CLEANING FEE THEN your company had the nerve to ask us to put dirty linens in washer and start it! I will NEVER rent through your agency again

Girls getaway

The house was in a good location, clean and well stocked. The price was deseptive, listed at $223.00 a night and actual price with added fees was $428.86 per night. The bedroom I slept in was right over the basement sump pump and the entire stay, it kicked on about every 9 minutes which was annoying. Also, we asked for an hour or two late check out which was available, but would need to pay $70. We declined since the cost of the overall rental was higher than we expected.

Awesome Home!

This house had the best backyard space with a great fire pit! Our dog loved having the space to run around. The inside was comfortable and we enjoyed getting cozy watching movies. The home is located a short walk to the market and a great coffee/bake shop. Easy beach access as well, we will definitley stay here again!

Great except one garage door wouldn’t work and I had to buy a can opener which they said they would reimburse me for. Waiting for partial refund re garage door being nonfunctional. Other loved it roomy and charming with fire pit and screened in porch. The ac in the living room was a little loud at times. Close to Indiana Dunes National Park. Nice restaurants nearby and nice very close beach where we watched the beautiful sunset. The dog had a good time in the fenced in yard. All in all I would highly recommend this place when they fix the second garage door. I parked in it after third day but ,just couldn’t close it.love location and house was well landscaped and very quaint. We all five enjoyed our time there.

We loved everything about this house! It was the perfect size for two families and our dogs. We appreciated all of the amenities and the quality of kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great, too, with a little market, bakery and restaurant within walking distance. We would definitely recommend it to any one who is looking for a comfortable, well equipped home-away-from-home.
