About the Unicorn
We love Doggies! NEVER a PET DEPOSIT or PET FEE during your stay! (But please no cats at this time).
Welcome to our beautiful, 1940's built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the heart of Wilmington, North Carolina! Situated in between Historic Downtown Wilmington and the UNC-W area commonly referred to these days as Midtown, this home has been meticulously restored to preserve it's original flooring, brick, and charm, all while creating fantastic comfortable spaces for sleeping, dining, cooking and entertaining.
The Space
● Open floor plan downstairs
● Completely renovated, chef-ready kitchen for your stay-at-home cooking nights
● Farm-table dining room currently set to seat 6 people, but easily transitions to 8 with the addition of 2 chairs located in the kitchen.
● Coffee bar includes a Cuisinart coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, French press, K-pods and coffee condiments.
● Living room has a Samsung 'The Frame' TV which allows you to choose art to be displayed when the TV is not being used to log into your favorite streaming apps.
● The 1st floor primary bedroom has a king-size Casper bed for a restful night of sleep, Smart TV, makeup vanity, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.
● The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed with Casper mattress.
● The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed and bunk bed with a full-size bed below and twin up top.
● All sheets, bath towels, linens, kitchen towels, extra pillows, extra blankets and beach towels included.
● Smart TVs in every bedroom.
● Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
● The pantry in the laundry room holds small appliances, some cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, games, puzzles, and some beach towels.
Outside of the Home
● Firepit area with Adirondacks for seating
● Gas Grill with tank and grill tools supplied
● Ample parking in the rear of home for 3 vehicles
● Plenty of outdoor seating on back deck off the kitchen/laundry.
● Horseshoe-shaped driveway from the front of the home, to the back and back to the front of the home. (No backing out onto the street).
Guest access
● You have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement. No entry to the basement is permitted for any guest.
● Electronic lock keypad for entry. No keys needed. You will have your own UNIQUE code for entry.
● EXTERIOR security cameras on property! There are 4 security cameras: 1) “Ring” style camera located at the front door facing the street; 2) side patio facing the driveway; 3) back door facing the backyard; and 4) the last is located INSIDE the off-limits basement. It is on and recording 24/7 only inside the basement for security purposes. There are NO CAMERAS in any of the living spaces, public or private areas!
