My family of 5 had a great stay. Kristina is a warm and attentive host. The location is close to everything and super easy to get on and off highways, navigate around, etc. The space was more than ample. Three roomy bedrooms. All of my kids are teenagers and they all had their space. Plenty of hot water for 5 showers each morning which was pretty amazing. The space was also nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped (central air, nice appliances, a pack n' play for infants, any utensils or kitchenware you'll need, etc). The neighborhood was safe and offered space to comfortably walk the dog. Some noise from the footsteps upstairs at times, but nothing unreasonable. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations during our stay. It felt like a private oasis and has a great outdoor space we were thankful for in the mornings and evenings. The only drawback, which is no fault of the host or property, depends on who the renters are upstairs. One night we experienced a lot of heavy constant walking around noises which made it harder to fall asleep, but would still come back again. The host was great and quickly responded with to any questions.

The interior of Harmony home was wonderful! My kids loved the nature decor throughout the house and chose their bedrooms that way. The host was thoughtful of past comments and included a sound machine in every bedroom though we didn't experience any noise from upstairs. I loved the ample seating for eating and the open layout connecting the main living area. The fridge did not have a water dispenser for drinkable water, so we just bought some gallons of water to use during our stay. It was a close distance to places we planned to attend like the Knoxville Zoo and Muse Knoxville which was great. Would highly recommend staying here if exploring Knoxville!

Did the job

We really liked this little basement apartment but our sleep was interrupted throughout the night by the upstairs VRBO tenants walking around. If not for that, it would have been a perfect stay.

Good stay

Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

Although the place was perfect for a one-night stay for an event we had on Sunday morning, I will say that later that night when cleaning up the kitchen, we saw roaches, a few actually. We also saw a few other critters in the house but that's normal and understandable since it's a basement rental and very close to the woods. However, roaches are a problem because multiple mean an infestation and I don't want to take any home. When I reached out to the host that same night, my message was ignored, which was disappointing. Again, beautiful place, and the decor and design is wonderful but they need to have someone come fumigate the place.

Cute, but noisy with issues

This downstairs apartment is very cute and the neighborhood is decent. Upon arrival, I contacted the host around 6pm to let her know the fireplace did not work. Again around 11:30pm (and they were loud until well after 1:30am) I sent a message that the upstairs tenants were not observing quiet hours, and I did not expect a response that late in the night. The next morning I sent another message noting that there was mold inside the washing machine that made the entire place stink. I did not hear back from the host until 6pm the following day. Finally, I had to add that the wallpaper had peeled away in one of the bedrooms. Our first night the upstairs neighbors were extremely rude and loud and did not observe quiet hours. If you are a light sleeper, this location is not for you as we could hear every foot step and conversation from those upstairs. The host offered to refund me 50 for my troubles, and I still have not seen that refund despite following up.
