Surrounded by redwood forests, open meadows, and nearby vineyards, it’s a private retreat where you can truly slow down and enjoy some of the best weather in the region.

**Outdoor Living••
The expansive patio and deck are perfect for gathering — complete with outdoor sofas, a barbecue, firepit, and multiple dining tables for long al fresco meals. The large 20′×40′ pool is great for laps or play, with plenty of inflatables and pool toys to keep everyone entertained. Relax on the property's multiple hammocks. After a swim, unwind in the spa, roast s’mores (supplies provided) around the firepit, and watch the stars fill the night sky. The fully enclosed yard gives children and dogs a safe space to play. Start your day on the covered front porch with coffee and hummingbirds, or use the binoculars to spot local wildlife in the trees.

**Inside Comforts••
The kitchen is stocked for serious cooks and casual snackers alike. You’ll find a KitchenAid mixer, blenders, a food processor, a panini machine, an espresso machine, a shaved ice maker, a popcorn popper, an electric fondue set, and even a hand-turned pasta machine. Pantry staples are included too — from oils and vinegars to spices, baking ingredients, and other essentials — so meal prep is easy and enjoyable. There are place settings for 12, plus plenty of large serving platters, bowls, and glassware for family feasts or casual poolside lunches.

**Entertainment for Everyone**
Inside, the game room and shared spaces offer something for every mood. Play foosball, ping-pong, basketball, cornhole, or giant Jenga. Settle in for puzzles or board and card games of all kinds and for all ages. Try your hand at crafts at the dedicated craft table. Or just relax by the wood-burning stove with a good record spinning on the turntable, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy a movie night with freshly popped popcorn.

With multiple levels and plenty of space, everyone can find a cozy spot to unwind. Linens, towels, and a pack-’n-play are provided, so all you need to bring is your sense of adventure. **Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee. To ensure availability, pool heating must be requested at least two days in advance. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to add this service to your reservation!

**Pool Heating Guidelines:**
- Pool heating is available from April to October only.
- Pool heat fee is $200 per calendar day.
- A minimum of 2 days' notice is required to arrange pool heating.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 200 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
