I've had the pleasure of owning this property for over 20 years and have seen how the neighborhood has evolved into the multi-cultural hardworking community it is today. Our cozy apartment has been created to give you a home away from home feel. Newly rehabbed, clean and full of basic amenities that promotes success for the busiest families and professionals. 5 - 15 minutes away from Jackson Park, South Shore, Trinity and University of Chicago Hospitals. 15 minutes drive to the beach or the Museum of Science and Industry. We have our own personal chef and catering company that you're available to book upon request. The property is located 1 block away from a Chicago Park District that provides sports, tennis, a community summer swimming pool and a walking path. Or just sitting in the park and bird or people watching is always an option. Close transportation and shopping. Weekly housekeeping included in booking. Book now and enjoy your home away from home!
