My family really enjoyed our stay at Gameday Getaway. We came for a weekend trip to attend a UT baseball game, and the location was perfect! My boys loved the Vols themed bunk room. We would definitely stay here again!

The only way I know the unit was clean is because we had ALREADY CHECKED IN for our son's graduation and unpacked our bags when we got a call that they had made a mistake and double booked the unit. They refunded my money without my agreeing to be evicted. I had booked the place in December of 2024 knowing the competition for places to stay would be impossible that weekend if I did not plan that far ahead. It was THEIR error, yet we were asked to leave. They brushed us off and said there are plenty of hotels - there were NOT, and the ones we found were well more than double what we paid. Owner refused to take calls from VRBO while we were trying to get support for this, so we were told we had to leave. It is assumed we got bumped because we were not paying "surge pricing" having booked so early and the other person they double booked was going to pay them more. It was handled poorly, we were left with no place to stay, and instead of enjoying the day celebrating our graduate, we had to scramble to find a roof over our heads.

We booked this condo for a baseball camp at The University Of Tennessee for my boys, and the condo was wonderful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and welcome. Parking is a little weird, but not unmanageable and definitely not a deterrent. Overall great stay, would stay again.

Lovely, clean space

This was a great home base for exploring Knoxville for the Big Ears Music Festival! I was on my own, but this would also be a great spot for a family with kids. The host was also really helpful and let me check in a bit early. Highly recommend!
