This is the perfect place for a group looking to enjoy all the best restaurants, clubs, and bars the city has to offer and walk home to your very own urban loft in the heart of the city.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This home is right in the heart of Knoxville’s nightlife (bars, clubs, restaurants), which is great for groups who want to be part of the action. You can literally walk out your door and into all of Knoxville’s finest bistros, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. There WILL be noise from the street, people, the train (which goes behind the building and through the Old City), etc. On weekends you will hear music from the clubs. You can either open the windows and embrace the fun, or we also supply ear plugs in the nightstand for light sleepers. During the week, the outside noise is usually light; however, weekends can be very active up until 3 am when bars close. Please do not reserve our home if this will be a disturbance to you during your stay.

PETS: We are a pet friendly home and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet per night. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.
PARKING: Parking options for this home including metered street parking or nearby open air lots throughout the downtown area. The nearest parking lot is the lot directly next to our building, which is privately owned and available for a daily rate. City owned lots, such as the nearby lot located at 401 W Jackson Avenue, tend to be less expensive options for daily parking. If you choose to park your vehicle in this lot between the hours of 7 am-6 pm, the most recently advertised cost for the lot is $7 for the day. Some lots, including this one, advertise free parking after 6 pm on weekdays and most weekends with the exception of football weekends. A nearby alternative city lot is located at 109 W Jackson Avenue. The most recently advertised rate for this lot is $7 per day with no free options offered on nights or weekends. STAIRS: This condo is on the second floor of the building and there are several stairs to navigate to reach the building entrance, the entrance of the home, and the upstairs master bedroom inside the condo. There are four stairs to reach the building entrance. There is one flight of stairs is required to access the condo's front door entrance. Once inside, the condo has two stories and the master bedroom is up one set of stairs.
PARTY DISCLAIMER: This is a very fun part of town and there are plenty of places to have a good time in Old City. However, this is NOT a party home and parties at the condo are strictly prohibited. Parties, unauthorized events, or unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. This policy is strictly enforced and our onsite officer and neighbors will alert us if this rule is not being respected. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

Welcome to the heart of Old City, where you're just a few steps away from the best restaurants & nightlife in Knoxville! Wake up and walk to OliBea for a late morning brunch and mimosas. Step over to Boyd's Jig and Reel, a Scottish themed bar with unique food and whiskey selections, accompanied by live entertainment. Kick off your evening at the award winning, Lonesome Dove ($$$). Dance the night away at one of several trendy clubs. At this loft, you don’t have to go far to find a good time.

There is a paid lot next to the entrance of the loft's complex.
The Knoxville Trolley is a free transportation service. There's a Trolley stop right across the street, which will take you all around Downtown Knoxville, event centers, the Civic Coliseum, and the University of Tennessee Campus.
Uber/Lyft will also pickup/drop-off right outside the building.
However, your stay is in one of the most convenient destinations in all of Knoxville. You are a 10 minute (or less) to walk to almost any destination you'd desire.
