We had a great stay. We appreciated all the info provided before our stay. It helped us to be prepared for the bear that greeted us in the parking lot!! The kids loved it. We saw a bear at least once every day. The Nintendo was a great addition for the rainy times. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the back deck. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place for our weekend trip.

Loved the condo. Everything exactly as pictures show. We had tons of bear encounters and sightings. Tried two of the pools and they were great! The only downside if any would be the driving to get that high up in the mountains to where the condo is. But on the upside you get gorgeous views each time you drive. Had a great trip! Thank you

Property was amazing! Everything was clean and tidy, kitchen had everything you could need, washer and dryer in the condo, big comfortable beds, multiple lighting options, beautiful deck for relaxing outdoors, amazing showers in both bathrooms; need I say more? Price was fantastic, host was responsive, really nothing left to say. Book this place if you want a wonderful getaway in the Smoky Mountains! Only thing to note is that it is on the first floor of a condo building and the parking lot is a few floors above, so lots of up and down stairs. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We had an excellent stay at Ryan's place. Very clean and newly remolded. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom are tastly done. The drive is close to town and grocery and restaurant is close by. The outside deck is spacious and comfortable and the fall foliage was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this condo! We definitely under utilized the back porch. However, it was great to sit outside and have coffee and breakfast and enjoy being in the mountains in the mornings. The kids loved the bunk beds and being able to play the switch during down times. All TVs are smart TVs to allow you to access all the streaming you want. We had very few issues but when we did the host was quick to respond. We were hoping to use the pools but I did not read the listing accurately and they were still closed for the season. We loved our time here and are thankful for being able to stay.

Great home base when visiting the National park

Great place to stay when visiting the Smoky Mountains National Park. Nicely decorated - very clean. Bonus value getting to see a mamma bear and her cubs walk by the deck!

Wonderful! The kids loved the Nintendo, we loved the separate bedrooms, the porch, the overall space, actually everything to be honest. We definitely recommend this for place if you’re coming to Gatlingburg. The (safe) encounter with the bears was an added bonus.

Quite and peaceful

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the Smoky Mountains. The place was very clean and nicely done. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. Eric was great sending us all the details before hand. Highly recommend this place!
