Incredible views await at this beautiful condo in Gatlinburg, TN! This wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests! Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace and enjoy those huge mountain views in Gatlinburg, TN! The complex offers an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, an arcade room, and washer/dryer availability!

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for as well as high end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. (bring firewood)

Coffee maker is a Keurig and regular coffee maker. (bring coffee)

Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in main clubhouse area.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Excellent stay

The condo was super cute. Clean and just gave you the feeling that you were home as soon as you walked in. The view was gorgeous. I wish we could stay longer.

Perfect mountain view

We had a lovely family girls weekend at this condo. If mountain views are what you're looking for this is it! Nothing but fun family time and giggles! Condo was clean, great communication, and no snags along the way!

Awesome views but…..

Pros- views were amazing. Pool and hot tub were great and new. We felt like it was a very safe neighborhood. Check in and check out was very easy. The king bed was super comfy and nice big TV in the bedroom. We didn’t use the other bedroom.Living room was very nice with comfy furniture.Cons- every room, door, and cupboard needs a fresh coat of paint. That would make a huge difference. We planned on cooking some meals but the kitchen was extremely small. My camper has a bigger kitchen. The oven worked fine but very small. You can’t use any burners on the stove because they are all so uneven. There is very minimum dishes and utensils. If your bringing kids bring your own cereal bowls, there’s only 1. If you’re planning on making coffee, bring your own filters. This is the only condo I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide coffee filters. There is only 1 dish towel and 1 dishcloth. The kitchen truely has the bare minimum.A little TLC would make this a 5 star place!!

Getaway Weekend

My girlfriend and I went for a little getaway weekend. The check in process was super easy however the listing online doesn’t truly show how the apartment looks. The kitchen was extremely tiny which was fine for just the 2 of us however all the dishes were absolutely disgusting all covered in grease films and food. The floors were also very dirty; our feet were covered in filth after walking on them so we kept our shoes on. However the bedrooms were very nice sized and the pool/hot tub was an huge plus! Overall the view was incredible. Every morning there were bear cubs and their mama below the balcony that we loved to watch. We loved the smokey’s and being in the mountains and want to go back but will consider staying elsewhere.

Amazing stay in the mountains!

The property was beautiful and the hospitality was amazing. The place came with everything we needed to be comfortable. Breathtaking views as listed. Only thing missing was an oven mit.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. There were only 2 of us that stayed so plenty of room. Beds were comfy and showers had great water pressure. Great size fridge that held all of our food and snacks we packed for our all day hikes. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo with Excellent Ownership

Mardi Gras break

Broke away from the Mardi Gras to see a little snow. The condo was great and just what we needed for our fam of 5. Little oven in the kitchen was perfect for our take and bake pizzas. The view was beautiful. 10 minute drive from Ober. Would stay here again.

Great Location

The location and mountain views are great! Just a short drive to Gatlinburg. Check in and out was very easy. The response time from the property manager was quick if we needed anything. It is a smaller space but it worked just fine for our small family of four.

Great experience!

We stayed there for a few days and we were very impressed. The place was clean, it's view was really nice and the apartment's decor was very nice and comfy, it felt like home. We would definitely try them again and tell others to do so!

Clean Condo

Condo was super clean except stove top n the owner is taking care of that. Condo is on top of Mt so views were great and there’s even a bear that visited several times. ❤️❤️

Disappointing unit

While we enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg we did not so much enjoy our stay at the Summit. This unit is worn out! The sheets I believe were clean and the bathrooms were basically clean but the unit it’s self is dirty. The stove is FILTHY!! It has aluminum foil under the heating elements that has got to be years old! I have a picture but can’t post it on this. It also smells. The pictures online are very deceiving! Also, no where in your info did you disclose the TERRIFYING drive up and down on a narrow road or that these condos were on top of the mountain. Also, batteries in remote were dead and TV was not connected to cable box. We will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone we know!

Great Family Trip to the Smokies!

We throughly enjoyed our trip to the area and staying here made it even better. The house was as described, close to everything we wanted to do, and had plenty of bears to see! A mother and her 3 cubs were regularly visible from the balcony. The indoor pool/hot tub was not open during our stay, but I don't think we would have used it anyways by the time our days were wrapping up. The WiFi and Roku TV provided us the opportunity to stay connected to work and entertained while we were there. I had a couple things to share with the property manager and they were very responsive and communicated well. Highly recommend, we will use it again if we are in the area.

Quick weekend trip

This condo met our needs as a family of 5. We were pleasantly surprised to see the awesome view that included a view of Ober Gatlinburg’s slope and snow. The cleaning crew even created some pretty cool towel animals on the beds.

Great starting point for Great Smokey Mountains National Park

We needed a place to stay before and after a Mt. LeConte hike, and this fit the bill perfectly. No need to drive through Gatlinburg traffic. Nice beds, easy parking, and the host made it very easy to check in and check out.

Trip to Tennessee

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chalet Village. The check-in process was so easy and the condo was very clean. We loved the view from the balcony and the outdoor pool. It was a quick drive into the National Park without having to go through Gatlinburg. The property owner was very quick to respond to questions we had during the week. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location and view; summer trees didn't allow a view of Ober or the city fireworks but the mountain view was spectacular to sit out on the balcony and enjoy. Place was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Got to see a bear in the parking lot going through trash. People were super nice. Had what we needed to get by Outdoor pool was perfect The drive up and down the mountain isn't too bad after your 1st few drives...worth it for the views. Good communication from Chris. Responded timely to questions. Cons: Musty smell to the place but wasnt as noticable once we got a day into our trip. Other reviews were right, walls are pretty thin. Master bedroom bed is against wall of what must be neighbors living area. Could hear their conversation and TV (don't think they were being overly loud, just thin walls). We brought a sound machine to drown it out based on other reviews. Worked well enough. You might need to pack or go buy some toilet paper. We got 2.5 small rolls for 4 nights/4 people...we had to buy more. Same with the paper towel(had a 1/4 roll to use) and garbage bags(no extra bags). One of the hot tubs was full of hair...looked like a bear swam in it. Didn't get cleaned whole stay so the other hot tub was busy. Didn't care too much as we liked the outdoor pool the best. Overall the pros outweigh the cons for us and we loved our stay, would recommend to others.

Chic condo with great Mountain View

We enjoyed our stay at this condo over memorial weekend. I loved the decor and the Mountain View off the balcony. The owner was very responsive and attentive to any needs/concerns. Would definitely come again!
