Start each day off right with a hearty breakfast you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and modern appliances.
After breakfast, take your coffee cup up to the second level of the complex where there is a common deck area which offers a spectacular view of the Great Smoky Mountains.
When everyone is ready to head out for the day, you won't have to venture far to find yourself soaking up the sun at the shared pool followed up by a long soak in the shared hot tub until the stars come out. (Pool and hot tub are open seasonally)
Once everyone is cozied up inside, ample board games are available for a family game night and flatscreen TVs await to watch your favorite shows. Throw some logs on the fire and doze off to sweet dreams of another full day of adventure ahead!
Sunrise Mountain View Condominium offers 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. In one there is a king bed and in the second there are two queen beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
A comfortable living room offers a queen size pullout sleeper sofa, a large flatscreen TV and wood burning fireplace (there are plenty of local convenience stores where wood can be purchased).
The living room and king bedroom each lead into a sunroom which also serves as a game room with board games and an arcade style game machine with such games as Pac-Man, Donkey-Kong, etc.
The living and game rooms each have large floor to ceiling windows looking out over a fabulous view, especially in the winter when the leaves are off the trees.
There is even a small children’s play area which is perfect to occupy the time of preschoolers.

Before your arrival, you will be sent driving directions and check-in instructions.
There is ample parking in the condominium complex. After parking, make your way down the stairs to the first level of the complex to find your unit.
We provide a "starter" pack of soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Also all bed linens and bath towels are provided. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not provide any types of food products which can be carried over from one guest to another.
If you wish to grill, you must bring your own charcoal, fluid, lighter, and other supplies for this purpose. There are many stores close by where food and supplies can be purchased.
Sunrise Mountain View is located high in the mountains, which means a bit of steep, curvy driving for a short distance, however all roads are well paved and no problem for any vehicle, unless there is snow. No matter where you stay in the mountains, whether it's in a condo, cabin, or hotel in town, if you come during snow, which is actually quite rare, you should have a four wheel drive vehicle. Any other time a four wheel drive is not necessary.
If you are coming to the area for specific events or attractions such as Dollywood, snow skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, etc., please be sure to check their websites to confirm their operating days and hours.
Quiet time after 10:00pm
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed on the property at any time. Any evidence of pets found on the property will result in a $500 charge.
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside. If smoke smell is detected an extra cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. If you must smoke outside, you must bring your own ashtray and extinguish butts in the ashtray and when completely extinguished put them in the trash. Any butts found in the common areas will result in an extra damage and/or cleaning fee of $500.
Any maintenance problems reported after 5pm will not be addressed until the following day, unless it is an emergency such as broken or frozen water pipes, overflowing drain, no electricity, no heat or no air conditioning in extreme temperatures.
Please do not move furniture around as it can damage furniture and floors.
When removing embers or ashes from the fireplace, please insure that they are completely extinguished and dispose of them properly to prevent fires.
Please help us protect the beauty of our area and our wildlife (especially bears). Do not leave any food or waste in an open area which can attract bears and other wildlife. Excess garbage can be placed in the dumpster near the complex entrance.
Please leave all remotes in the rooms you find them in as the remotes are programmed to that TV.
Absolutely no more than 8 people are allowed on the property at any one time.
Unit is stocked with a starter supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. Any further supplies needed can be purchased in nearby stores.
Due to hygiene issues and to avoid spread of diseases, we are not allowed to leave any type of food product in the condo which can be carried over from one guest to the next, therefore you must bring all food products.
Charcoal grills are available in the common areas of the condominium complex. If you wish to grill, you must bring your own charcoal, fluid, lighter, and any other supplies for this purpose.
No further supplies will be available from hosts. Stores are nearby where you can purchase food and supplies.
No group parties or overnight guests in excess 8 people. Maximum occupancy is enforced, and violators will be evicted without refund.
Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges, or missing items from condo due to negligence.
Guests must search the property completely before checking out to make sure they are not leaving any personal items behind. Hosts will not be responsible for returning any left items to guests.
Please do not litter in the common areas.
Critters & Wildlife: The condo is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Remember, you are in a condo in the mountains so occasionally there may be bears in the common areas or you may see critters such as lizards, bugs, etc. In these instances, no refund will be given. If there is an unusual pest problem, notify the hosts, and we will make every effort to solve the problem in a timely manner.
Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that you will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your use or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the Property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.
