What a tremendous destiny for our family summer vacation! The spacious living/bedroom quarters, the well-stocked kitchen, the amazing basement game room and the welcoming pool all provided for a comfortable and enjoyable week for our family.We also visited 2 fun beaches which were short drives from the house. And although there are plenty of activities for entertainment nearby, the highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful home that we returned to afterwards. We will plan to return!

Beach House Vacation 2025

This house was amazing. We especially enjoyed the pool and the game room. There was something to do for all ages. The house is very well kept and the accommodations are outstanding. The hosts were very accessible and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be going back next summer.

This house was perfect for our family reunion vacation. Each family unit had their own bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and family rooms were big enough for gathering all together. The swimming pool and basement game room were popular with all ages, something for everyone. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet near historic downtown Lewes and the beaches. Communication with the owners was excellent, with their immediate responses to a few minor glitches. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Q1 – What stood out?What stood out most were the amenities, especially the wide variety of games and the thoughtfully designed basement space that allowed everyone—adults, kids, and even a 1-year-old—to be engaged at the same time. The home felt welcoming and “like coming back home,” with special touches such as extra bedding, comfortable seating for both playing and watching, and activities that encouraged family connection and fun throughout the stay.

Massive house, great for multiple couples, families, and singles. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very private and secluded but a close drive to commercial areas. The pool was so luxurious, we had everything we needed. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

My family had an amazing week at this Beach House. The host put so much care into every detail. The house is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and stocked with everything you need. They go above and beyond what we have experienced with other rentals. The hosts are accessible and responsive throughout our stay which made our experience stress free. One of our favorite features was the basement. We had so much fun with the large selection of games and activities. The pool was another highlight especially in the evening. Night swimming with the pretty pool lights created such a memorable atmosphere. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and agree that this is by far the best one, Thank you for helping to make our vacation so special.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was just the way it was described. The pool was absolutely refreshing. The outdoor area surrounding the pool was spacious & well kept. The inside of the home was clean, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen had every tool that you could think of to help make your meals easy to prepare. The game room in the basement was top-notch. The guys in our family enjoyed this area the most. The beds were comfortable and the amount of bathrooms was a plus as well. The host responded every time in such a quick and kind manner. No question was bothersome too them. Like I said prior, we loved our stay and we’re looking forward to booking again!!

Beautiful, spacious home conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Easy drive to beaches. Game room was a big hit with everyone. Lots of seating in the backyard and pool area. Weather was a bit cooler than expected but when warmer the pool would be a highlight. House was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Great communication with hosts. Would stay again!
