âą Garage is available for 2 vehicles or motorcycles only (1-4 max)
âą Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking - Please ask ahead of time for any locations where you
may store your trailer during your stay. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
âą Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.
No Smoking Policy
âą Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
âą Why? We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests.
âą If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
âą Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens.
âą Air purification to eliminate odors.
âą Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state.

âą Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only
âą Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before
pick-up. Donât forget to return the bins after collection! Code enforcement is issuing citations for
offenders.
