There is a small airport nearby. Expect noise from small airplanes from time to time. Master bedroom, formal dining room and living room off limits and not included in this listing. They are locked off or partitioned off in the house.
No parties allowed. Names, ages and addresses of all guests must be emailed to owner before check in. Background checks will be done to assure no criminal background or registered sex offenders. All tag/license plates for cars on the premises must be provided. Parking ONLY allowed on parking spaces provided. No parking on the grass or in the swales. Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 8 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement to be completed by guest and returned to owner at least 3 days before checking in. Please provide email address to receive rental agreement.
The house and location were perfect for the weekend. A short drive to the track without all of the beach traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by also.
Tanya is a wonderful host. Her home is well equipped in the kitchen and the pool provides for a very relaxing day. Oh and the beach was a 10 min drive. Perfect end of the summer trip!

The house was exactly like the pictures and we had great stay.
Great property and location. Only problem was that they need to fix the front entrance light. It's dark and hard to see how to get in the lock box but over all we enjoyed our stay . I would stay there again and I recommend this property for rental.
