Welcome to your perfect getaway! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just what families and groups need for a comfy, laid-back escape. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers all the modern amenities with a cozy touch. Enjoy a large backyard with a pool, BBQ, washer and dryer, and free parking. Everything’s set for a relaxing, stress-free stay!

➜ Large fully fenced private backyard with pool and BBQ.
➜ Availability of free secured parking for 2+ vehicles.
✪ Sleeping Arrangements
➜ The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed.
➜ Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed.
➜ Bedroom 3 features two single beds.
✪ Living and Working Space
➜ Equipped with a Smart TV from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.
➜ High-speed internet access.
✪ Bathroom
➜ Two (2) clean and sanitized full bathrooms with essentials.
✪ Kitchen and Dining
➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just a quick heads-up: 4 areas are off-limits: the front coat closet, hallway closet, air handler closet, and the outside shed. Aside from that, feel free to enjoy the whole place. Make yourself at home!
➤ There are 2 free driveway parking spots available, and you can also park on the street for free during the day (make sure not to block any driveways or bins). Keep in mind that overnight street parking isn’t allowed.
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.
This neighborhood is a serene oasis, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to everything you need. With quiet, tree-lined streets, it's perfect for families and groups looking to unwind in a safe and welcoming environment.
Local amenities are just a short drive away, including a variety of dining options, shopping centers, and parks. Whether you're craving a great meal or some retail therapy, you'll find plenty of choices nearby.
Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to scenic hiking trails and outdoor recreational spots. It's an ideal location for those who enjoy exploring the great outdoors while staying close to the city's conveniences.
Car: Convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Free parking is available, and major highways are easily accessible for longer trips.
Public Transit: Buses and light rail options are nearby, providing easy access to various parts of the city without needing a car.
Bike: The area is bike-friendly, with several nearby bike paths and trails for leisurely rides or quick trips around town.
Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for a quick and convenient way to get around, whether you're heading to a local destination or exploring further afield.
Walking: For local errands or nearby attractions, walking is a pleasant option with pedestrian-friendly streets and close proximity to amenities.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal).
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
